Came across this small dealership by chance after researching different cars online for the past two months. Not feeling confident about buying used I'd been checking out new small cars online.
Spotted they had 3 different models I'd been considering but hadn't actually seen except online.
Gabriella came out to assist and patiently got keys and showed me each in turn. No stress, no pressure.
Approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and she got top marks for popping the hood. So different now from the minis I used to tinker with in the day.

I felt no pressure, had a good exploration of three pristine used vehicles. Booked a test drive for my favourite, the Picanto.
Driving next day the car felt so light and responsive. Hard lock turns produced no ominous noises and for the rest, I could investigate any unfamiliar top spec features once it was mine.
Sorted insurance quotes at home that evening, paid dealership online and collected today.
I love this Picanto GT-S. A1 condition, and top spec for a very fair price.
Everything explained, transfer of ownership done for me, and tax paid through her computer.
Keys, manuals and service records all present and correct and car in sparkling condition.
Incidentally, Haydn Rd is an eye opener for anyone not sure what car they want, saw just about every type of car parked along it, even an auto and manual of my previous Note.

Like Location Location Location you can't judge from online.

Recently purchased a D-Max DL40 from Ian at t.i.m. I can honestly say this has been a very pleasant and easy experience. Ian took us on a long test drive so I could get the feel of the truck and explained everything we needed to know very clearly. The process was easy and I was able to trade in my existing car for a very fair price which took a lot of stress out of everything. Ian also sorted the road tax for me and changed over my private plate so I was able to collect the vehicle in under two weeks. Ian is brilliant, very quick and clear to respond to any queries and a genuinely lovely person to deal with. Thanks so much for a very pleasant experience.

I first spoke to Matt from the service department a few months ago when I had an issue with my D-Max, I had purchased it privately, but it was still under warranty, I was treated as though I had bought it from them, It’s been an ongoing issue, but Matt has navigated the manufacturer's pathway needed perfectly for me and the car is now fully fixed, this is my work pick up and at no time have I been unable to work. Even collected and delivered it back for me.

Fantastic service from Ian. Nothing was to much trouble. We were felt at ease straight away , super friendly service, no pushy sales, very laid back. We were offered a good price on our car for trade in. We went on a long test drive in the forester we were looking to buy. On day of collection the car was ready and waiting for us to driveaway. Ian took alot of time to explain controls and talk us through the paperwork side of things. This is by far the very best service from a car dealership we have ever received when buying a car .

Excellent service from start to finish, I made an enquiry about a vehicle in August 2025 got all the information I asked for, as I live just over 2 hours away Gabriella (assistant sales manager) did a walk around video for me, which I really appreciate and in great detail as well.
Went down to see the car was 100% how it was described and looked in the video was in excellent condition, (even pointed out a really small stone chip which I would of never of noticed), we took it for a test drive and I fell in love with the kia ceed.

I had an issue with the battery of my Forester. It was diagnosed by the AA as in need of replacement. Ian responded to my request for a replacement within minutes, confirmed the dealership had one and arranged a replacement at a time and day of my choosing. Upon visiting the t.i.m. Motors the battery was installed and I was on the road in just over half an hour. Just enough time to enjoy a complimentary coffee.
I cannot fault this wonderful family business. The battery was, at no cost to myself, replaced because my car is still under warranty. A fantastic dealership. A big thank you to Ian Bell and all the staff.
