Brilliant experience. We were looking for our daughter’s first car and saw one online. Went to look at it and experienced excellent customer service from start to finish. Ian was so friendly and helpful. Felt very assured that our daughter’s first car was safe and in great condition, the 12 year warranty was an added bonus too. We drove away in the car that day and our daughter was absolutely thrilled. Highly recommend this garage to anyone. Thanks!

As soon as we walked into TIM motors to be greeted by Ian we felt comfortable. He was happy to discuss what we were looking for and we soon took an interest in a secondhand vehicle that was perfect for our needs.

Our old car was ‘written off’ and stressful for us. But during the whole process of buying our new vehicle, Ian and the team offered wonderful support as we went through the maze of paperwork. They were brilliant.

Easy to deal with and arranged sale of vehicle in a timely and efficient way

I bought a car from them in 2024 when I passed my driving licence and the service has been outstanding since day 1, I saw the 🚗 on Auto trader made an enquiry, they got back to me first thing in the morning. Hubby and I went to see and tested the 🚗 with Gabriella(I know it's her job but she goes above and beyond to get things sorted for the customer) I had my MOT and service done by them as well, recently I had a job done on the body of the 🚗 and the service as usual fantastic.
