Easy to get hold of on the phone but told them what my issue was and just had no answer or any way to help apart from no sorry can’t help you repeatedly! So I’m £127 down and they wouldn’t help terrible and won’t be going back again!!!

Absolute joke of a website.
Queued for tickets for an hour, was told there was less than 2000 ahead of me. Got through and put tickets in basket, logged in and then couldnt get to paying page, websire kept crashing repeatedly. Tried for an hour, meanwhile tickets all sold out on other sites.
Would never use again.

Got to front of queue ordered tickets then the site crashed
Did the same again and same thing happen the 3rd time tickets were gone useless site absolute disgrace

Ordered tickets on November 7th for an upcoming ‘The Cure’ gig on December 7th. Received email confirmation immediately and was advised tickets would arrive within 2 weeks of the gig. Tickets arrived via post November 22nd so pleased to say my experience with The Ticket Factory was fine.

Couldn’t get tickets to NDubz through ticketmaster or any other service but easily secured tickets through Ticket Factory for Birmingham Utilita Arena - I was worried after seeing all these reviews but had no issue at all!

Bought NEC exhibition tickets online - very straightforward . However some confusion re wording of applicability of ticket . Thus emailed - had a reply , on a sunday afternoon , very rapidly and all sorted by Georgia on a sunday afternoon . Good service !

We can get best tickets and best views from amazing areas and best shows. The costmor service from both the normal and disability line is spot on. I've not had any problems with them and when I had one problem it was sorted immediately when I called them if your looking for a show in Birmingham's arenas utilita and resorts world don't try Ticketmaster try ticket factory first

Had to give one star to write this review otherwise I’d have given less. Don’t use. Queued 8 hours queue was “paused” meanwhile tickets were being sold other sites. Despite being told I wouldn’t loose my place I was kicked out when eventually reached the front due to technical error and told I had to rejoin the back of the queue. Recommend you use other ticketing sites…

If I could give less than one star I would!

Spent £40 to become a “Superfan” so that I could book tickets before the general public could.

So today I wanted to buy Peter Kay tickets I have now been on the website for 12 hours and got to the front the queue for 49 times to get a message saying rejected .

Total waste of time money and energy please NOONE book or try to book through these pirates!!

Giving up now after 10 hours and can’t be more disappointed.

This is not the place to book tickets through please avoid!

Appalling system.

Queued for over 12 hours for Peter Kay tickets but the system kept on “pausing” for hours, kicking me out of the queue, not loading the website etc etc. Wasted a full day (I got in the queue at 7am on the day of ticket release) and never even got to the site to get tickets. Shouldn’t be allowed to trade - complete waste of people’s time. All phone numbers down too. I understand demand is high, but I really wish I never bothered with this site as it meant I missed out on tickets completely.

Tell me Ticket Factory how can a person be 300th in the queue at 10.00am and not get tickets!! Nearly 2 hours being constantly told that it’s your turn next.. then to be rejected and advised to rejoin the queue. I will never use Ticket Factory again.. if you want tickets I suggest you use a different service.

I queued for 8hours 40 minutes. Reached the front of the queue and tried to buy tickets for Peter Kay. Chose seats, with payment protection, then added to basket.
Surprise surprise, no entry in my basket.
Will never use this company again. Avoid like the plague.
Incidentally why do companies continue to employ them in spite of all the rubbish reviews?

After a long wait to book Peter Kay tickets with no luck I sent an email to customer services in desperation not really expecting them to get in touch, but a wonderful lady called Joanne phoned and managed to secure tickets for our wheelchair bound son pleased is an understatement. Thank you Joanne

Just spent 40mins queuing for Peter Kay tickets.
The first date I put in only had seats in multiple of 1 but the next date had good seats available for 2. I hope everything else goes smooth! Birmingham 2023 here we come!

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Absolutely rubbish. Me and my daughter joined the queue to buy Peter Kay tickets. My daughter joined at 8.30 she was 24,000th in the queue. I joined at 8.50 and was 31602nd in the queue. The tickets went on sale and our positions started to move up the queue. Unfortunately after 5 minutes the queue paused with us only moving up the queue by about 770. The queue was then on pause for over an 2 hours. It finally started to move again but then went on pause again for over an hour My daughter finally got to the front of the queue nearly 4 and half hours after they went on sale. After waiting to get put through to the site she had an error message come up saying there has been an error and your queue number rejected, sorry for the inconvenience but you will need to rejoin the queue. When she clicked the button she was 107,525 in the queue. I then finally got to the front of the queue and exactly the same thing happened. What an utter joke this website is. Obviously there system can’t cope with the amount of people trying to buy tickets for this event. They should not be allowed in future to sell tickets. I and my daughter will never buy tickets through them in the future!!!

Talk about a pathetic excuse of an organisation.
Like 100s of thousands I was cajoled into visiting the site to obtain Peter Kay tickets. Not once but twice, four hours apart, I got to the front of the queue and instead of transferring me to make a purchase I received error messages (including one informing me that I was using a previously issued queue number) and then got thrown to the back of the queue with more than 100k in the queue ahead of me.
Hope the site goes bust for wasting millions of man hours through it's mismanagement, though I very much doubt it.
We're a captive audience, nothing we can do, complaints won't bother them as people will put up with crud in order to see their fave artist.

3rd attempt (because I really want to see PK live) and despite clicking the "Yes Please" button to buy tickets I got another error message & then got thrown to the back of the queue for the 3rd time!!! What a load of....!!!
There's only one joke and unfortunately it's on me - something is clearly amiss as I have tried via IPhone and laptop, both 4G & WiFi.
The only pearl of wisdom I can pass on is - if you get thrown out once then the system sees you as tainted goods, so just give up it ain't gonna happen.....

Rubbish rubbish website , queue for Peter Kay paused for a nearly a hour 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ , what are you doing ??? Never using this site again ! You should be prepared for this sort of demand it’s not the first time it’s been this busy .

AWFUL. The Ticket Factory is absolutely the worst online booking experience. It doesn't work this year and it didn't work last year. I can't understand why it simply fails to work half way through. You go time and time again hitting all the right buttons and ticking all the boxes but nothing happens. Also, the information is hard to read and I resent having to register my personal data with such a poor organisation. RHS please ditch them and use someone else.

Not gdpr compliant IMO.
£2 admin fee.
