Purchased 3 pre sale tickets for Grease secret cinema at £79 each (cheapest), only to find that a day later on general sale the same tickets are £49.

The “pre general sale” offer is meant to be beneficial. How can ticket factory justify only providing a ticket option that is nearly double the price of the same ticket available on general sale a day later. At the time of purchase the “generally available “ ticket price was not known.

I have contacted Ticket Factory and they refuse to refund the difference. I will not use them again. Rip off merchants.

I have been struggling to book my tickets for RHS flower show for a few hours - 0 result. The website doesn't know what it is doing - it says I have an account, the password I have doesn't work, I ask for a new password - doesn't work. their site is complete nightmare, glitches, glitches ... I wish I could avoid them but ... Grrrrrrrrr

Oh dear ... very poor customer service. I rang last week to redeem an RHS gift card voucher for a flower show ticket. I was told they would extend the voucher by 1 year so I could book a future show. However, the call operator didn't know how to do this, kept putting me on hold, and then accidently cut me off. I rang back, spoke to someone else who said they would need to pass me back to the first person. I then went through the whole process again, but without success. I then got passed to "Jeremy" the manager who told me that he would sort this out and call me back end-of-day to confirm it had been done. He never rang back. I phoned again this morning to check if it had been actioned, but now told "Jeremy is not in the office today" and no-one knows for how long he'll be away. So, HOURS spent on the phone and still no confirmation. Not good at all.

For the second time in about 3 weeks, tried to use The Ticket Factory website to order tickets for RHS Tatton (I was directed there by the RHS website). For the second time in about 3 weeks, the transaction failed! Have had to resort to telephoning them to order. Trouble is, my credit card account will show another pending transaction that will (hopefully) time out for the transaction that apparently failed. I had this frustrating experience last year as well. Why the RHS are using The Ticket Factory is a mystery to me, it is an insult to their members (of which I am one).
TO THE RHS: stop using The Ticket Factory.

You can't attend RHS shows without using TicketFactory. At best I've found them unclear and unhelpful, if not completely misleading. I wouldn't use TicketFactory again, but don't know how to avoid them without also missing out on RHS. Would love to know if anyone knows how?

Useless. Avoid them. I object to being encouraged to use Facebook. Very difficult to navigate the site. All I wanted was a parking ticket for the RHS show at Hampton Court. It gave me a nervous breakdown! (PS I have three university degrees)

Avoid, avoid, avoid booking ticket protection option. Booking refund miss sold at check out as no quibbles. Passed me onto a company called ‘Secure Refunds’ who refused to refund me when my father was too ill to attend on Father’s Day without “medical documentation’. Total scam!

DON’T BOTHER WITH THE TICKET INSURANCE!
Booked two tickets including ticket insurance, however, they want to see evidence of any medical reason etc. and because only one person had an issue they said they MAY refund one ticket and can take up to 60 days, I won’t hold my breath! The insurance part is really mis-sold & not worth it, total scam.

Couldn't log in and then took around 10 attempts to reset - partly because they do not give guidance on maximum number & type of characters and partly server isues as I sometimes received a 404 error.
Then had difficulties progressing through to checkout due to hidden checkboxes.
Finally got to checkout, payment showed on credit card statement but no order confirmation email or order showing in account.
Will use Ticket Factory only as a last resort from now on.

Avoid at all cost. I added ticket insurance to my order. I’ve had to plan a surgery in so can’t make it to the event due to recovery time but it’s been impossible getting any form of communication from these guys. The event is months away so I was hoping to just try change to a closer venue for the same artist. I emailed them then used their online contact and messaged on Instagram. Have had no response back at all. Hundreds of pounds wasted. If you have any common sense - don’t make the mistake I have.

Was nervous booking last minute tickets to see Elton John but experience was easy and tickets arrived within minutes. Would recommend.

Useless!! queued to buy tickets nice and early for release and got the tickets in basket, input bank details then system crashed. Had to rejoin queue but by then concern sold out, getting as far as payment they should be able to cope with demand -it’s the nature of their business.

Despite paying the insurance premium on an RHS Hampton Court Ticket this company refuses to give a refund without supportive evidence why. The site appears to say the insurance is in place to allow for refunds. Why should you send medical evidence, etc to show why you cannot go to an event if you have paid the extra in case you cannot go. It is a company called Ticket Refunds that oversees the refunds, not Ticket Factory. None of this is mentioned when you tick the ticket insurance box. The RHS should not be using this site.

Tickets purchased but no confirmation email. Now hav3 to chase CC to stop payment. As yet no response from Ticketfactory

Booked a concert with abit of apprehension due to the reviews on here. My tickets came as advised and I have had no issues what so ever wiht my order. Please dont focus too much on the bad reviews as this is not representative :) x

Booked tickets to see Michael Buble with these.
Within 18 hours, realised hubby booked the wrong date. Phoned to try and change to the earlier date (more tickets available for this date) only to be told to sort it out ourselves.
No help available,
He made the booking under their terms and conditions!!!!
Would avoid Ticket factory in future and would advise others to do likewise.

Why are this company still in business? I have been trying to book some tickets for the snooker at Bolton in November for over a week now and the link to secure payment is broken. I emailed their tech department and surprise surprise, I haven't received a response. What a shambles

Bought online tickets today and to receive them as e-tickets/ print them out at home they are charging £1.
I know this is a minuscule amount , but why not put this onto the price of the ticket?

How to unsubscribe, I booked tickets to an event and there was no opt out from future emails. No unsubscribe link on subsequent emails, going to set my preferences just led to them collecting yet more data about me and still no option to have no further emails.

I was notified that Celine Dion has rescheduled her concert for the 4th time - originally scheduled for 2020 and now moved to 2024. I decided I would get a refund but they will only refund back to the card which was used when I bought the tickets 4 years ago! This may not normally be a problem but the credit card company I originally used ceased business in July 2020 so under these circumstances i requested a refund by cheque to my address on their records - they have refused twice and insist they have to refund the card used back in 2019 and advised I can contact the credit card company to see if it's in a holding account - who do I contact when the credit card company doesn't exist anymore!! Absolutely no common sense or thought for the customer - I just want my money back!
