Having it at BCEC is much more convenient than BEC. Parking was easy to access, the foyer and merchandise area wasn't overly crowded on arrival. The bar/eatery staff were friendly & fast. Was able to walk to our allocated door with no line-up and find our seat easily. Having the big screen behind was great to be able to watch the show more easily & Urzila was fantastic! A little wait getting out of the venue but it flowed & the wait wasn't very long.

Everything was easy and ran smoothly. Simple to purchase tickets and download them, easy to access and quick to scan when we got there.

LOVED Urzila and her new show! Will definitely go to any of her future shows. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From ease of parking to finding the entry it was seamless
The only negative was leaving the venue which took a long time in the carpark area

A great deal of the carpark was completely closed. Resulting in a lot of people driving around looking for parking. In tern making people late for the show.
Walking up the aisle to the seats there are no railings to hang onto which I find quite dangerous. Having trouble using stairs this was very hard and lucky I was able to steady myself by using my friend.
Apart from the light that stayed on for the entire show it was a great night.

It was a great night. The chairs were reasonably comfy too. Much better than BEC or Suncorp
I would have liked to see more toilets, another bar and a better spot for the Merchandise stand though. We didn't even find the latter.

She is just brilliant, down to earth, relatable funny

If you need a good laugh Urzila is the person to have you rolling on floor with laughter. She is hilarious. Loved the show.

Absolutely hilarious - great mix of audience. What comic timing that woman has. Urzula talks to everyone not just the girls.

Only complaint about the venue, 4 womens toilet stalls open downstairs is not enough! The queue was insane pre show.

Easy to navigate booking process. Great venue and location.
More ladies toilets open at the venue would have been better as queues were quite long and some were late getting into the show, but this is obviously not a Ticketek issue.

It was a great night full of laughs

I take my grown daughter each year. Last years show disappointed us & we almost didn't go this year. So glad we decided to still go! We had better seats & the entertainment started right from the minute the venue went dark & the beautiful stars shone. The aerial gymnastics were great & made the night. Seeing Jiminy Cricket & Tinkerbell made our night. I don't recall seeing them before. I think this was our favourite year. We love the aerial & the cars/truck were great. The venue was a bit frustrating with lack of toilets & food outlets. The wait lines were ridiculous. We did feel the prices for souvenirs, toys, mugs etc was too high.

Great venue, had some seating so you could take break if you needed. Always easy to get a drink. Always seems to be a relaxed vibe. Great band awesome Indy tunes. Booking process was easy always is. I have been to The ASTOR on many occasions & they never disappoint
