Perth arena is an absolute joke, the staff couldn't even operate the entrance gates, trying to scan the tickets from the app and the wallet wasn't working.
The sound was terrible with an echo meaning Urzila could hardly be heard

Apart from the queues getting in to the building it was a good experience. Friendly staff, good options for drink and snacks.

Awesome stand up set! She’s amazing at what she does. Laughs from start to finish. Loved her safe word for the crowd too, 2 people ended up getting kicked out. She’s amazing and I’ll definitely see her again when she returns ☺️

It is a ritual for us! Myself, my two daughters (South Africans) and my next door neighbour, who is Australian, have been to the last 3 concerts here in Perth! Bloody amazing and so bloody funny! Thank you for an absolutely splendid evening! Will be seeing you next year again! THAT IS A PROMISE!

Show was excellent (as always with Urzila), getting into the venue wasn’t so smooth, took about 30 mins to get into the venue and bag drop for bags over the size of A4 had to be checked in and left somewhere else. At least we know this for next time

The entertainment, singers, comedians, theatre productions etc that you are getting to such a big venue.
Unfortunately the sound in the Arena was extremely echoed and at times, we had no idea what was being said by Urzila, this was very disappointing as it interrupted the flow of her set.
The seats in the higher rows are also extremely close together, with barely any foot room infront. It was quite warm, with no air flow.
The food was nice, though over priced, but you expect that for a venue when attending a show.
The building is reasonably easy to get to and navigate.
Urzila herself was FANTASTIC!

Great night out.
I would like to highlight how great your team were about my disability and restricted mobility issue. They were helpful right from the start when I picked up my tickets to getting to my seat / place in the disability section. It just makes my night so much better as I have been to shows etc before where I am made to feel that I'm just a burden and inconvenience and it has ruined the whole experience
The only negatives I have are
1. The light wasn't working in the disability toilet in the RAC lounge and because the main gates hadn't opened yet I couldn't go into the foyer to use those ones. Hence I had to wait about half an hour to go to the toilet.
2. When trying to exit I obviously needed the lift but people just kept forcing their way in and as it takes me a bit of time to get into the lift I wasn't able to get in as it filled up with people very quickly. I understand some people have hidden disabilities but there has to be a better way, as I was quite often pushed or blocked in the line. I will however add that a staff member came to the aid of myself and another lady in a wheelchair and ushered us into a lift on the side. Thank you to that staff member it was much appreciated

Always a great show & laugh til you cry with Urzila! And LOVE the safe word to kick out the idiots. Was also well run, easy to get drinks and easy to get in and out of the arena.

Amazing night!! From parking to getting to our seats was easy. Urzila was hilarious just an all round great night.

Urzila was great. The seats on the floor were much more comfortable than the seats in the tiered area. Unfortunately the two rude women sitting behind us spoilt the show for everyone around them by talking throughout and yelling out pointless comments.

The night was really great, loved the comedy and the audio visual was on point for a change. Options for food and drink weren't that great and super expensive. Staff checking bags at the door could have been friendlier, and how nice would it be to be greeted in English instead of cussed at by an angry foreigner who doesn't appreciate their job?! Not impressed that I had to turn out an unopened bottle of water.
At least the turnstiles worked first time I suppose.

I see Urzila every time she comes to Perth and she never disappoints. I go with my daughter in law and have done for the last 5 years. So glad she moved to Rac it was the best night out. Thanks Urzila !!! PS see you next year

My wife nearly wet herself from laughing so much.
It was fairly quick to get into the venue and find our seats, even with all the people. Having it in the city this year made taking the train in a no brainier - no parking nightmares!
Booking was fairly easy and being able to share the tickets is great but it can get a bit glitchy sometimes. To me about six attempts to book another show earlier in the week.

She was very funny and the Entertainment centre is so much better that the Casino. Seating is good and parking is great.

I purchased the refundable ticket option specifically for peace of mind, in case unforeseen circumstances prevented attendance. Unfortunately, when my father was unexpectedly hospitalised requiring a nasogastric feeding tube, I discovered that claiming a refund was anything but straightforward.

The claims process requires extensive personal and medical information, including obtaining a medical certificate from the treating doctor. At a time when families are already dealing with serious illness, the last thing they should be doing is chasing paperwork from busy hospital doctors and surgeons and uploading sensitive personal documents. They even wanted official proof showing how we were related.

While the terms may technically allow these requirements, they are not what most customers would reasonably expect when purchasing a "refundable ticket" add-on. The process feels unnecessarily burdensome and creates the impression that legitimate claims are being made as difficult as possible.

I have ultimately decided not to pursue the refund because the time, stress and emotional energy required simply aren't worth it while supporting a loved one who is currently in hospital. That, to me, defeats the entire purpose of paying extra for refundable tickets in the first place.

I won't be purchasing this add-on again (or maybe anything that requires using Ticketek!) and I would encourage others not to bother either.
