Amazing customer service! Gorgeous baby clothes thank you!

Awful service! DO NOT ORDER from this company. I spent a lot of money ording clothes that still have not arrived 3 months later.
I've had no response via email, no response on Instagram either.
I recieved an automated email telling me to track my parcel via Royal mail but I was never given tracking information in the first place.
This website is clearly a scam. They have robbed me of my money.

I would rate this -10, awful awful service. They do not reply to any emails. Waiting nearly 3 months for my order and it has not shown up starting to think it is a scam. Please do not order

I ordered a handknitted cardingan ten weeks ago. The homepage says, the delivery is three weeks for this item.
My order is allegedly shipped since three weeks and I don’t think I will ever receive it. I’m waiting since ten weeks, get no response back to my email. Do yourself a favor and don’t order anything from this store.

Ordered 4 weeks ago, constantly ignored and told that they are slow with deliveries but posting constantly on social media that they have been to the post office etc. Avoid at all costs !!!

Gutted is an understatement, placed my order on the 28th September 2024, received the pompom set on the 2nd November 2024 well after the delivery time stated on the website. The handmade flower cardigan was not received. I reached out to the company several times and had no response, disputed it on PayPal but the case was closed due to them providing the tracking number for the first half of the order stating it had been delivered. I was sent an email of apology stating they had been in hospital despite following them on TikTok and seeing them post daily. Received shipping confirmation for the cardigan on the 16th November 2024 however I have still not received it 12 days after the confirmation was sent. (28/11/2024) Opened up another PayPal dispute, will be taking this further if I do not receive the item or a refund for the missing cardigan, I’m devastated because the clothes look beautiful. Wish I saw the reviews before I ordered.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star!! Scam of a company waiting a month for my items that never get shipped and they completely ignore your emails!

Placed an order on 2nd November 2024, have tried emailing them at least 20 times, commented on video posts begging for someone to contact me. Nothing! I too will be contacting Consumer Rights. No correspondence or any way to contact them regarding an order I paid for. Avoid this company.

Avoid at all costs, never received my order, customer service is terrible, constantly messaged, e-mailed to see where my order was, eventually received a refund. Such as shame as there knit wear looks adorable 😟

The worst!!! Avoid at all costs. I never received my items and I’ve emailed them so many times, even messaged on instagram and they’ve been ignoring me. They only send their cardigans to influencers. Such a horrible company

Received hand knitted cardigan for my daughter and the quality is amazing, my daughter loves it and wears it all the time.
Great customer service from Tia also. Highly recommend

Just received a knitted baby blanket for my 2 year old daughter . The quality is amazing she is obsessed and won’t let go of her ‘blanky’ . Definitely would make another purchase when I have my second child in August 🥹🥹

After waiting for 2 months for my order I only received one of the items. I emailed to get an update but never received a response.
Messaged them on instagram multiple times and would have to double message to get a response. The owner said “I don’t check my emails often don’t take it too seriously”, with numerous more excuses. They claimed they would ship it out in the following days.
Still haven’t received my order.

Items never turned up. Constant ignorance from the company when chasing up the order. Scam
