If I could vote 0 I would!! Placed an order 23rd September 2025. 4 months ago to date. Hadn’t heard anything so contacted a month later and no response. Continuously kept contacting before Christmas as it was a Christmas product. My mum also tried and managed to get a response. The item I bought was suddenly removed off the website. Tia Roses said I would receive a refund, however I am still waiting. I continued contacting them via email and instagram DM, still no response. I’ve left comments on Instagram public posts, in which these have been hidden. Absolutely unprofessional, takes your money and doesn’t fulfil your order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

Do NOT order from here! I ordered over 3 months ago and still haven’t received my order. When I contact them I get completely ignored! For the price they sell the cardigans you would expect top costumer service. Save the trouble and don’t bother.

The lack of service my sister has received is diabolical. Or shall I say no service. The order was made more than 10 weeks ago and no body has even bothered to answer her. She’s contacted you via every avenue. It is my daughter’s first birthday and you haven’t even bothered to get back to her regarding the order. You are quick to post Molly Mae wearing your clothes but not quick to respond to normal customers.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be delivered within the agreed timeframe or, if no date was agreed, within 30 days. As this has not happened, you are in breach of contract.

I am therefore exercising my right to cancel the contract and request a full refund, including any standard delivery charges.

Please confirm when this refund will be processed. If I do not receive confirmation within 14 days, I will pursue further action, including contacting my payment provider and seeking advice from Citizens Advice/Trading Standards.

Partner ordered and never heard back after reaching out 4 times. No kids Christmas clothes now but they continue to post on their stories as little as 34 minutes ago.

Absolutely shocking company!!! Only got 1 star because It dosent allow me to give anything less!! Purchased 4 months ago and still not received at item, to be told the same thing each time!!! Seriously bad communication. AVOID at all costs, not with the hassle. Everything is poor worst company I’ve ever dealt with

Absolutely shocking company! Ordered early july for a present. Ordered it over a month early to make sure it came in time even though the items said they was in stock. No order has ever arrived, ive sent multiple emails and the odd time they did reply they said they have resent the order again nothing arrived. Eventually i asked for my money to be refunded they said they would refund, I received no refund. Emailed again they said they will get this sorted asap its been a month since my refund was apparently sent and no money has been refunded. Wish i read the reviews for this scam of a company.

Ordered not received no answer to communications this is a scam please avoid wish I had read the reviews first.

I ordered back in June for my sisters baby shower the end of July so gave them plenty of time to dispatch the item. Never received the item and asked for a refund. Have been chasing since July for a refund! Had to go through my bank in the end as the owner had stopped replying to my messages.

A joke do not order spent £150 no communication was dispatched over a week ago ! Raising with my bank now don’t even want the order anymore !!

Do not order from here and wish I had gone straight to Trustpilot. Just takes your money, never fulfills the order and ignores communication. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Absolute scam! Please guys do NOT order from this business! I ordered at the beginning of July without checking reviews, just saw the business had a large following and was verified so assumed it was legit. 5 weeks went by and I hadn’t heard anything so messaged politely for an update, fast response from “business” and very polite too! Then messaged again, more excuses, but still very quick response and really lovely. Messaged again a few weeks later after reading the reviews due to feeling something wasn’t quite right - to see all of the reviews are very negative!! Honestly it’s really hurt me that someone could even scam someone using baby clothes as their front! Please girls, do not order I’m now having to fight this with my bank as I’d spent over £100 and dread to think how much she’s had off others x

Ordered in May, got intouch with them a month later customer service was great and was a fault on their behalf, said they’ll put me through as a priority when I messaged in July, still nothing, messaged them end of August no reply. This is £70 worth of clothes that my daughter probably won’t fit in now.

Ordered back in march for my niece we’re now in September, my order still hasn’t been delivered it’s been 5 months I have constantly messaged, emailed, WhatsApped and haven't received a single reply. The service is shocking to say that they have a huge following on social media. I’m really disappointed

Placed an order last year only part of my order arrived. Contacted the company on several occasions at first with no response. When I did finally receive a response they confirmed that part of my order had been lost in transit. I asked for the items to be re-sent which they were supposedly going to do TWICE. Months have gone by still received no replacement items and have never received a refund either. Never one to leave poor reviews but it’s so unfair when they post on social media 24/7 and are happy to take your money and not follow through with promises! They have my money for items they never delivered to me…awful frustrating experience please avoid.

Don't even think about ordering. They only want your money and don’t answer messages. You won’t get your product and won’t get your money back. I don’t understand how a bussines like this can still exist, very dissapointing.

Avoid buying from this shop!!! Please take these reviews seriously. I placed an order back in March, it was a 3 week pre order, it is now June and I have not received the order. I received an email a few weeks ago saying the order had been “dispatched” but I received no tracking emails, I don’t even know who the delivery company were. I have sent many emails, WhatsApp messages and private messages on instagram and not had one response. The customer service is shocking. 12 weeks later, no order and still out of pocket.

Ordered a cardigan back in April went in the shop to see why it hadn’t been sent come out with a load of excuses then said it had been but no tracking order still waiting and now shop has shut down don’t order from here u will not get it but they take ur money scammers
