20th October… still in the park . 4 rides in 10hours !! Totally oversold . Overpriced and a waste of time .

What a waste of money. Absolutely packed. Be prepared for awful long queues starting with the entrance! £82 each for a day pass and 4 mazes. We got on 3 rides and managed 3 mazes in the time we had due to the time queuing. 4 of the main rides didn’t open until late. Last year we waited under an hour for every ride and managed all of them including the mazes. Our slot was 5-9 to do 4 but ran out of time. Very disappointed.

In my early twenties I was attacked by a group of angry women, beaten unconscious and had my wallet stolen. And it was still better than Thorpe Park

We bought tickets for Freight night for 70 pounds to get into the fear rooms that are so heavily advertised on the internet. And it was terrible! Not only was there a 60-80 minute queue for each room, but it wasn't scary at all. The actors have cheap costumes, the scenery is not worked out, you walk through the room itself in 2 minutes. Do not buy these tickets! It is not worth it

We came to Thorpe Park in September for a day out with friends. We had bought fast pass tickets in advance to prevent us spending the day queuing. Every ride on the fast pass seemed to close as soon as we got to the front of the que. Out of the 5 rollercoasters we had on our fastpass we were only able to use the pass one one rollercoaster. A complete wast of time and money. We also queued for an hour and a half for hyperia on 2 different occasions during the day, both times the ride broke down going up the first section which resulted in people having to be assisted off the ride and down the steps and us not getting on the ride at all. We queued for another hour for Tidal Wave and guess what....it broke down, once again...no ride. All in all our whole day consisted of 3 rides.
After complaining to Thorpe Park customer services, their response was 'rides are subject to availability, read the terms and conditions' and really didn't care that we had had such a bad experience. The worst of it was it was my daughters birthday treat which according to her it was the 'worst day ever'. We will not be returning and would like to warn others before purchasing the fast passes which you may not be able to use.

Went to Thorpe Park yesterday had a great day but thirdly the cue lines were two hours long each ride then we went to Burger King and they refused us food but we paid for it and then went out of our bank and discrimination of they called us a traveller what rude.... the actors wasn't really scary and survival games was the best Maze I absolutely loved it I was 100% recommend it's hopefully it comes back next year

Queues too long. @ Last call cafe disorganised although they had a few baristas serving. Paid for 2 drinks but they forgot to serve the drinks and then asked after noticing everyone behind us was served with drinks. Absolutely awful for the price you pay.

Not worth the time

Paid for the four mazes, cue 45 mins for each, rides hour long cues, way to many people, so many chavs around, they let far to many people in, very very poorly run

Came today with my children You have disabilities we asked the lady in the first aid about the no scare yards which were £5 each we wasn’t doing any of the mazes with them, hence getting the lanyards walking through Lucifer they still come up to two my 2 children The crow is also did at the end of the day yesterday I went to guest services to be refused a refund on the £10. It cost me for two useless lanyards or any other compromise. They could’ve given us some nice fright night lanyards or something just to be told I feed it back to the managers I don’t feel this is good enough and was ripped off £10.

We went to Thorpe Park despite my nightmare with their booking process/basket caching issues.

We went for one reason and one reason alone. For my son to go on Hyperia - their new ride. I double checked it would be running, so my son was very excited, to be told when we arrived that the ride would be shut, ALL DAY. Caused by one train rolling backwards. My son was heartbroken (he is only 11 so I understand this). I understand that their can be mechanical issues, but ALL DAY????

Their customer services, stated you can complain but they won't do anything... Words actually fail me. I have written in and complained, for what good this will do me...

The lack of customer services because they are a big corporate needs to seriously improve.

Had a terrible time, Hyperia was closed all day due to a roll back (staff we're not allowed say this but it was put on you tube anyway) , Nemesis was closed all day for maintenance, otter rides kept on brakeing down whislt queueing for them had to watch them keep going round with no one on them. We had spent a lot of time getting there & money on fast track tickets (£187) won't be going again

All i can say is that hyperia is the best ride in europe. I honestly havent went on anything like it, even the top tier coasters like ride to happiness and voltron werent as good as this.

Arrived at the park 10 minutes ago to find most of the rides are closed! No notification to make us aware. Not a great first impression. Unlikely to return or promote the park to anyone I know. Quite the reverse.
Chose Alton Towers, a much better park.

Have been to thorpe park many times in the last decade. I always enjoyed Stealth, Saw and Nemesis but the park was feeling a bit run down with the closure of the slammer and the log flume ride. The ghost train was a bit naff, the walking dead ride is very poorly done and Swarm is a bit dull. Hyperia is finally a step in the right direction - it is hands down the best ride in the UK. More rides like this please! Finally a reason to return to Thorpe park.

The park was clean and wide range of food choices although expensive but that's to be expected. Rides were great however thorpe park need to seriously revise the rider requirements on the website. I and my brother are of average size and squeezed ourselves onto most rides but my partner could not fit on Saw, Collosus and Nemesis Inferno. The limited measurements provided on the website are just not good enough, it only gives you height and chest restrictions, he does not have a 51 inch chest and was under the height restriction although only just so according to the website should not have had a problem. Full measurements should be provided to include legs, shoulders, torso length, stomach, hips etc. I know there are tester seats but it's fairly pointless when you've already paid your money. I can happily say that he did not have a problem with Stealth and Hyperia which are both amazing rides.

I just love rollercoasters. It is the only theme park I've really been to but Im now a massive rollercoaster fan. Saw was a highlight of my experience because it is really good and so is nemesis inferno. The shop prices were good and I good variety of places to eat.

Spent 2 days on the park with overnight accommodation in the shark cabins on 11/12 September. Deliberately booked the second week in September to ensure all the kids were back at school and it paid off. Hardly any queues apart from Hyperia which averaged 40 minutes. Rode all the major rides multiple times during the 2 days with no need for fast track passes as average queue times were between 0-10 minutes. The rides stopped for 10 minutes on Thursday afternoon due to an electrical storm in the area but they can’t help the weather, which soon cleared and everything resumed. The shark cabins are small but adequate for somewhere to sleep and shower. Paid £199.00 for 3 adults which gave us 2 days on the park with overnight accommodation, breakfast and car parking. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the hotel reception team. We had a thoroughly enjoyable time there and will return, same time next year. Excellent value for money.

Staff was all great.

Usually get unlimited fastracks but with weather and hour free fastracks from hotel 10-11am. Thought I’d wait see how busy first. As they are £150 for the day I went.

Within the hour I did 4 different rollercoasters lucky opening up one after another getting off a ride with free hour fastrack. Was not busy at all. Decided to wing it without any unlimited fastracks, or a one shot being bought and behold the best time straight after all the schools and kids are back.

Hyperia x3, stealth x1,colossus x2, swarm x2, walking dead x2, saw x2, nemesis inferno x2, tidal wave x1, flying fish x1, storm surge x1 and depth charge x1

18 goes on the rides!! a parts from hyperia others were 0 wait or 5 mins or max 10 mins. Didn’t wait as by time walked through queue lines we were ready to board the rollercoasters.

Excellent day with not an extra penny to pay to get on quicker and food decent prices for a park.
