So far the customer service stinks

So far the customer service stinks! Ordered a part for my truck. The part was faulty lasting 3 weeks. Trying to get a refund with no response. When finally getting a response they said I would get a refund when and if they get a refund from the company that makes the part. Whaaat? So I have to wait to buy a new 200-300 dollar part while my trucks broke down for you to hopefully give me a refund on a part your selling to people based on another company’s decision. Where’s the accountability with thoroughbred diesel. You guys stink and shame on you with such a filthy lie about 100% customer satisfaction guarantee! Talk to the owner through email he cared less than his employee did. Unimaginable this guy has been in business this long. Expect to be screwed over royally if you buy anything from thoroughbred diesel. You been warned. They are not an accredited with better business bureau and for obvious reasons. Complaint on top of complaint. Good luck Dennis!

Excellent service

I ordered a new vp44 and it was at my doorstep with in a few days. Also spoke with customer service, very nice and helpful. This is the 3rd vp44 I purchased from them and will do again with other projects.

This is a great company to work with. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Helped me with a couple questions I had. Ordered injectors for 7.3 Powerstroke. Premium packaging. Premium product. Affordable price!

Received order quicker than expected

Received order quicker than expected, yet it was shipped in factory box from s&s with one piece of tape that was not holding at all. I would recommend tape on front and sides not just a little non stick tape in middle on the front flap or p
ut factory s&s box inside another box. Other than that I will be a repeat customer very happy with the easy quick process your company has.

Rocky Mountain high Monster Ram Gen2

I made my purchase of the BANKS Monster Ram Gen2 Intake Manifold with the impression that it was going to improve the performance or fuel mileage of my 2015 Ram 2500 6.7l Cummins MegaCab. I do have to take in account that I live at 5200ft in elevation and air is thinner up here. But to my disappointment it has done absolutely nothing for either performance or mileage. I have no quarrel with Thoroughbred diesel and there was a little blurb in the Gale Banks video about higher elevation. We will see how it works on my trip to South Texas in a couple of weeks.

Excellent support and easy to order

AirDog support was excellent in recommending the best kit for my needs. And Thoroughbred Diesel was fast and efficient in the order and shipping process. This is how things are supposed to work!!!! Thanks again!!!

Bought a new replacement Garrett turbo for my truck. Price point was competitive. Free shipping and no core hassle sold me. Order was filled quickly and delivery was faster than promised. A great company and a great online purchasing experience.

Worst experience I have ever had…

Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a company. Some of the worst customer service I have had also. All they do is try to justify why their part is perfectly fine and you did something wrong when in reality they sent me a bad part and didn’t want to warranty it. 100% do not recommend doing business with this company. My pickup has been down for almost 2 months now because of them. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. I will be and a lot of people I know will be also.

Mr. Robinson, We have policies and procedures in place to address a customer's concern when a part my not function as intended or expected. In some cases, such as yours, the procedures in place do require extra time for obtaining/exchanging information, testing (that is performed by the manufacturer of the part), etc. You failed to mention in your review that we did send you a replacement pump. We understand your frustration in that it took some time to work thru the issues resulting in your truck ding unavailable however, we spoke with and emailed you multiple times throughout the process until the issue was resolved.
