WhatsApp Method of Communication is Ineffective
Really disappointed with Living Social. Following a WhatsApp chat that did not resolve my issue, I was told my case was being passed to an agent and that I would receive contact in 24 hours. This did not happen. I had stressed that I cannot use the voucher on 27th November due to unforeseen circumstances and that the hotel were happy to rearrange a new date but needed Living Social (Wowchers) permission. Despite trying repeatedly to re engage via WhatsApp and email, I have heard nothing from Living Social. I should not have to lose out on this stay, just for the want of not having the ability to communicate with Living Social. Please can you engage; and it is a shame that I have to write this publicly. Your WhatsApp system is not working!

Delivery breakages
I previously gave a very negative review for Living Social.
I believe as a result of that review they have now given me a credit which I have accepted. They appear to have taken responsibility for the awful service I received from them, Sofa Scene and especially FEDBX. These two companies have taken no responsibility for the breakage during delivery of sofas. Thank you Social Living for your action. Maybe think twice before continuing your association with Sofa Scene and consequently, FEDBX.

Ordered a double mattress on 11/11
Ordered a double mattress on 11/11. Delivery said on or before 17/11/25. Had a call on 17/11 to confirm delivery on 18/11 between 8 and 6. Took days leave. No mattress. Called delivery company said I would get a call the next day! Nothing ! Called again on 19/11 palm interiors said mattress not available and to claim for a refund and hung up! I’m now 240£ out of pocket, no mattress and no joy with a refund. I’ve emailed the company 3 times no reply!

sold a voucher as redeemable for 12 months then expected me to redeem in 28 days, the title of the sale should reflect the redeemable period, purposefully misleading so they can rob your money, be very careful
