Plenty of time to order, don't just click, but read
It is good that you are given enough time to actually order and don't only have the option to scan a QR code. Also, the time given allows you to actually work out that you don't have to become a VIP shopper, with an automatic renewal for 3 months, at the end of the month. Don't just click, read every screen carefully so you don't end up with an auto renewal every 3 months.

Living Social have to have the worst…Customer service
Living Social have to have the worst customer care I have had to deal with. All the contact info on line is out of date, the contact telephone number has a message from Covid times and not manned!! The only way to contact them is Whatsapp, which took them 3 days to respond, and then they asked for info that was sent in my orginal message, nearly a week later I'm still waiting for a respose. :(
WOW I GOT A VERY QUICK RESPONSE:( YOU HAVE ALL MY INFORMATION, both by email and WhatsApp, no response or assistance, how you have the rating you have :(

Living Social is an online company that sells discount vouchers for various products and services.
We advertise a deal on behalf of a company and sell the vouchers for that deal. Once the deal closes customers receive their voucher via email (your vouchers can also be accessed in your Living Social account under the “My Account” section).
To use your voucher simply follow the steps below:
Log into your account https://secure.livingsocial.co.uk/login or https://secure.livingsocial.ie/login
Click on "My Account" in the top right hand corner of the screen. Once in your account you will see your purchased voucher(s). Next to each voucher is a “View” button which can be used to open the voucher. Specific redemption instructions are shown on each voucher under the heading HOW TO REDEEM. Please be aware the voucher code is case sensitive and needs to be entered exactly as it appears.

Follow the instructions for an easy installation.
Downloading and installation was straight forward, instructions were self-explanatory. Everything working and appears correct. Cost and delivery made this a very satisfactory event.

I bought a voucher for a 2 night stay I redeemed the voucher and they sent me voucher to print and present to hotel, I got no email from the hotel and I rang them no booking with them I was to go tomorrow and now hotel is fully booked, I have been trying all day yesterday and today and can’t get through to them by email and wats apt, saying now my voucher has expired, I will never book again with them, I can’t get a refund as nobody picking up my messages i has lost out on my hotel break . I have been on to the hotel they have no booking for me, for your answer you already replied to me just turn up to a fully booked hotel drive 4.5 hrs to be told no booking, they said the problem is with Living Social they to put booking through I want a full refund, they said living social never placed the booking, can some please contact me so frustrating can’t get speaking to your customer service a wats apt service that only answers hours later, I will bring this up with ambulance man no customer service at all, Living Social came back to me and sorted me with a refund so I was very grateful for them in doing that for me
