Needed one-day insurance for a vendor fair, and your service was recommended to me. Easy to use. Very reasonable prices. When I needed assistance, I immediately received expert help from staff via the online chat.

The process and support was very easy. It is incredibly convenient that I was able to get insured one day before an impromptu interview shoot.

It was a really easy to use except it was hard to find the right terminology for the work I was providing.

Worst customer service interactions. Even tried to submit multiple requests hoping to get someone else that could help. Unfortunately, no one followed up to help and left me looking for another company to go with. Also disappointing they don’t have a customer service line to talk to anyone on the phone.

I was having a tough time getting insurance, You guys finally got me a policy that insured my building for $500,000.I needed more. I replaced your policy whith one that insures my buildig for $n1 million.

I do not appreciate you charging my payment 60 days in advance and automatically. I did not ever agree to make payments 60 days in advance or to have payments automatically deducted from my bank card. I started this policy on March 26 and made 2 payments up front so I did not owe again until May 25. A payment was charged to my card without my permission last week. As a non-profit business we are not swimming in money and expenses have to be planned for and paid when due-not a month early. So-that said I do not owe another payment until June 24 and if you take another payment automatically I’m going to file a dispute and cancel my policy AND report you to the department of insurance. You do NOT have my permission to charge funds on any of my cards. I will make a payment directly when it’s due. Also, you need to send a bill as I never even got one.
