Customer service= 0 rating… you have no main point of contact. NO EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE HAS A PHONE NUMBER.

THEY CHARGED $3,000 to do an inspection of our commercial property. We had to meet the inspector on 5 different occasions with 2 of those meetings being canceled after we arrived for the meeting. (This a small portfolio of duplexs that sit all together).

INSPECTION REPORT: to maintain the coverage, they expected hundreds of thousands of dollars of work to be done to satisfy a simple foe policy with no wind and hail, no water protection. A truly stopped down policy. Policy premium was only like $16,000 to put into perspective of the size of the property value. It is not even in disrepair, just older than new construction.

No phone call… just a letter stating we had 10 days to comply and complete the repairs or we were canceled. Even if we did the repairs, we could not have completed them in 10 days. So we called to cut our loss short and canceled the policy.

They held our refund a full 90 days and sent us a mere $1300 refund for a $21,000 policy (inspection fee, agency fees, taxes, etc) did not communicate with us, only us pushing back did we even achieve more than the $1300.

I know you may be saying their rates look good, but I suggest you find an agency with a human and customer service driven team. You get no discount by not having it with Tivly. You just get hassled. Good luck!
