The canceled our GL Insurance…
The canceled our GL Insurance immediately, with no recourse and without returning the premium, they made sure to collect one month plus. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! DO NOT USE Thimble ever.

Difficult Claims Experience and Very Slow Resolution
My experience with Thimble Insurance was extremely frustrating. A claim involving a business insured through their policy was filed in October 2025 after my vehicle was damaged while in that business’s care. The claim was handled by their third-party administrator, Sedgwick Claims Management Services, and the entire process took several months with very poor communication and repeated follow-ups just to receive basic updates.
Even after the claim was finally approved, only two days of rental coverage were provided even though my vehicle had to stay in the repair shop for about ten days. While the claim was eventually paid, the process was unnecessarily slow and exhausting. Insurance companies should be judged by how they handle claims, and this experience fell far short of what I would expect.
