Lovely villa, just as portrayed on the website. Lisa, our local representative, was there to greet us and on hand throughout but never obtrusive. We loved the area and appreciated the local recommendations.

I heard of The Villa Agency via my university’s (Exeter) alumni page. From initial contact in December 2025 to consistent, friendly and professional updates from Amanda, the preparation from the team was very thoughtful. The villa was the highlight of this holiday, which made my grandma’s 70th birthday very special and unforgettable.

We all appreciated Amanda’s phone call to check that everything was OK when we arrived at the villa and started our holiday.

The villa manager, housekeeper, gardeners, pool cleaner all did a great job, were discreet and polite. They were pleasant to chat with each time they came. Good, timely and effective communication throughout. Responded promptly to request to organise a slightly earlier transfer time from the apartment to Faro airport at the end of our holiday. Apartment was clean and comfortable as usual. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent as usual

We have often loved a holiday and vowed that "we will return". Sadly for one reason or other this does not usually happen. However, after a gap of a good few years, we fulfilled a promise to ourselves, and spent another wonderful family holiday back at Villa Katrina.
Everything was as we remembered and we settled in immediately. It's a really wonderful Villa with plenty of space and excellent facilities throughout.

In our absence, Ubers are now operating in the area which made a huge difference in the evenings (and I no longer had to be the designated driver!)

As always, The Villa Agency were easy and professional throughout and I cannot imagine booking a Villa holiday with anyone else.

Beautiful villa, great team, very responsive, very friendly - this was our second time and hopefully not the last.

We had a great time in the villa, it was as described and very clean and tidy. Communication throughout was great and we did have a slight issue with the pool not been fenced off but it was sorted the next day so no major problem.
