Dr Paulo and Dr Margarita saved our dog’s life after we’d received insufficient care whilst abroad. This statement is inadequate to describe the dedicated and extended care they have given - including working at the weekend to find someone to make up some medication that was not available anywhere in Portugal or Spain.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

on my most recent visit when I sat down on a chair in their dog waiting area, as I look down to pet my dog I see urine slowly creeping out from under the chair I'm on. I get up and inform reception of the mess, they moped it up and wipe with a wet wipe but the women didn't wash her hands after and got back to work touching all her desk and peoples orders of medicines. its never clean there and they were very slow to get up and clear it up, just one of the receptionists too and not a cleaner.

Hi recently visit Norris Green , waiting room was filthy ,smelly and the floor was rotten . Didn,t sit down as the seating area was all torn and dirty .

Absolutely outstanding service, friendly staff, and very caring and compassionate. They looked after my boy Oscar with such care and attention until the very end. I would highly recommend The Vet Southampton to anyone who is looking for someone to love their pets as much as they do.

We recently visited The Vet Waltham Forest with your kitten ‘Boy’ (apologies/no apologies for the less than imaginative name) for castration. From start to finish, it was a great experience. I had a free pre-op assessment via PetsApp with a wonderful nurse who was thorough and went through everything with me. She then sent through a quote for me to look at and some pre-op information, which was very helpful. On the morning of his op, we arrived and were greeted by their lovely practice manager who was super friendly and efficient. The practice was already busy at 8am and she received multiple calls but dealt with each one with a friendly and professional manner. The nurse who checked ‘Boy’ in was also lovely and she went through the whole procedure with me thoroughly and put me at ease. I knew she would take good care of our lovely little kitten.
Once the op had begun, one of the vets called to ask about an issue with his teeth but he wasn’t pushy about potential treatment.
When I picked up Boy post-op, he was in a good condition and I was thoroughly briefed on the op and how to support him with his recovery. I even received 5 packs of Hills food.
Staff on the reception were also super helpful, organising for me to have more spot on flea treatment. All in all a really positive experience. Thanks to all the staff at The Vet Waltham Forest.

My Cocker Spaniel was dying of Pancreatitis,I took her to the Millbrook Vet ,they charged me a fortune for all kinds of treatments,I asked to be kept up to date , then late in the day ,I was contacted to be told she had to stay in,but they don't have any night time staff,so I'd have to take her to another vet,and then bring her back in the morning OR...I could leave her there overnight unsupervised...
Absolutely shocking experience...be very very careful and ask these questions before you sign up with this so called cheap alternative

Poor experience on every occasion! Contacted for emergency on line treatment was given advise and prescribed medication for my dog! Called vet after several hours to see if medication was ready to collect was advised no! But online chat said it had been sent over hours prior! I had to find another vet to prescribe as my dog was in pain! We then went for a booster jab booked in sat and waited to then be told our appointment had been booked for the wrong time and could we come back two hours later after sat there for 30 mins! I would not recommend this vet their approach and customer service is very poor and clearly not in the best interest of the pets! They had 2 weeks to contact me to advise the error on the appointment time which they had made due to double booking is in but failed to make contact & as stated still booked us in on arrival to send us away!

What amazing service. They’ve fitted us in due to the serious condition, kind and caring. Allowing us plenty of time with our beautiful girl after making the hardest decision to let her go. We were so incredibly grateful to then receive a card of condolence through the post, meant they absolute world. Highly recommended for all animal care. Thankyou!

Barn Lodge Skelmersdale. Just want to say a big thank you to the staff at Barn lodge. I was faced with the difficult decision to have my 16 year old dog put to sleep, they treated him with the upmost dignity and provided reassurance and compassion at such a difficult time. I decided to have an individual cremation for Oscar and have just picked up the ashes in a beautiful presentation box along with a card of condolence. To say I was touched by the service would be an understatement. Excellent practice, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Appalling experience! Totally a Money Maker. Young, foreign speaking vets, only interested in the money! Would never use again.

Friendliness of all staff is brilliant. The treatment is spot on.

In the business of selling procedures, Knowing that the majority of pet owners will never say no. Backing that up with vastly inflated prices for treatments and medications. Stay registered with a vetinary practice, for the sake of your pet insurance, but choose wisely, and with your non-prescription medication, always shop online.

The Vet Morden is a fantastic practice. I took my dog there today for his annual vaccinations and the staff are always so polite and helpful. I have always been seen on time and the Vet always takes time to interact with Bailey before doing any checks. They are also reasonably priced compared with a lot of other private vets. Would definitely recommend.

I had to have my pet re vaccinated because of the covid restrictions.
I found THE VET on Google.
They're prices were very reasonable and I couldn't really afford them vaccination, and pdsa weren't doing them so I went to THE VET and got an appointment quite promptly.
My overall impression was that the practice is well run,friendly, and very clean.

We find from the moment you walk in to be greeted by the receptionists in a very polite friendly manor to seeing the vet or nurses greeted with a smile everything is explained to us everyone is very patient they never let you go away confused I’ve found it difficult in the past to take my older dog to vets but here he can’t wait to get out of the car and go in which we’ve never had before the receptionists go out of their way to make an appointment that suits the client I find the whole place to be very relaxing and calming and it’s lovely to see that all the staff there do more than they need to I would recommend the vet in Nottingham one hundred percent thankyou for caring and looking after our animals

Fantastic visit to the vet again so friendly and explain every thing in great detail my Yorkie is very nervous but there so kind and put her at ease would never go anywhere else

Brilliant experience in there with my dog, staff very friendly and professional, explained me very well what they gonna do all the time and the vet who consulted and prescribed the meds, Alejandra, I couldn't be happier with the way she looked after my Molly during our visit there in the Liverpool clinic in Norris Green! 🙂
