I can’t fault the Veterinary care excellent. Charges, consultation fee and medicines absolutely extortionate.

We where put at ease. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a very worrying time for us they couldn't have been more helpful.

The service was good however I feel they are taking advantage of desperate pet owners, charging ove £300 just to see the vet the over charging on meds. I’m sure many people can’t afford such extreme prices so their pets are left to suffer.

Staff we very kind and understanding and everything they were doing to save our little dog was explained. Thankfully he managed to recover with the staffs care and quick treatment.

Ana the Veterinary on the day was amazing : so caring and efficient. She administered a strong drug to calm the pain on my beloved cat. Charlotte was also so helpful with the admin and general advice,

The cost for a consultation is extortionate. The cost to issue some pills is excessive and I've been charged for a service I havent used and not yet been offered a refund.

Absolutely amazing service and care received, honest and compassionate would definitely recommend 5*and above thank you so much.

Reception staff on arrival were very attentive and senced quickly the distress we were feeling.

Nurse and surgeon also very understanding of our situation and explained in detail the process and procedures that they were about to perform on our little fur baby.
End result was happy parents and our little fur baby was left feeling much better.

We can’t thank Olivia enough for the care and kindness she showed while helping look after our cat Thor at Vets for Pets. She was so patient, gentle, and reassuring during a really stressful time for us. It was clear she genuinely cared about his wellbeing and took the time to explain things and keep us calm too. We also can’t fault the team at Vets now as a whole. From start to finish, everyone was professional, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. The practice is well organised, communication was clear, and we always felt listened to and taken seriously. During such a worrying situation, it made a huge difference knowing our cat was in such capable, caring hands. We’re so grateful for the level of care provided and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this vets to anyone.

Where do I start. Initial vet on Sunday (5 April) was great and explained everything to us and gave us options as to the best way forward to handle our situation. We knew we would have to have repeat visits over the next couple of days and we saw a nurse on the next two occasions both were off hand, cold and totally unfeeling. Not a great experience for either my dog or us. We knew that we had to do the right thing and let our dog go. On Tuesday (7 April) Bryony the vet was fabulous, she explained what would happen guided us through everything, gave us time to say goodbye and was sympathetic to our feelings as we were very emotional. She told us that our boy could still hear us and to talk to him right to the very end. She was brilliant. We wanted to settle the account immediately. The receptionists seemed a bit confused as to the amounts etc but we eventually got the invoice and paid. The next day we got another invoice, which I queried. We went up to pay this to be told we cannot pay them as they are a different company and they would have no record. Vets now Belfast use their premises after 7.00 pm, weekends and bank holidays. The receptionist gave me a card with a telephone number and said I could phone them but they do not open until 7.00pm. I waited and phoned the number to hear a voice message saying accounts are open 9.00:am to 5.00 pm! I phoned them 3 times the next day during their working hours and no reply on each occasion. I got a reminder email about an outstanding amount that was due for the day my dog was put to sleep which I couldn’t understand as I paid in full on the day. When I examined the invoice I noticed that part of that payment had been allocated to a different number! We were getting exasperated at this stage as it was difficult to speak to anybody so we called in person after 7.00 pm to see if we could sort the problem out. It turned out that there was another invoice which we never got and part of my ‘final payment’ had been allocated to that, I asked if someone would ring me to sort this mess out and we are still waiting, it was a very upsetting time and we just wanted the matter resolved so we paid online both outstanding invoices (10 April) and have receipts. To my utter dismay I got a reminder today 14 April to pay these outstanding amounts!ll. Again cannot get through to anybody to discuss so we may need to make another visit after 7.00 pm. Totally shambolic and extremely upsetting.

Treated my dog promptly and calmly in the middle of the night when she was vomiting blood and had diarrhoea. The vet made my dog feel relaxed and she responded promptly to treatment administered. Thank you!

Excellent service from an excellent receptionist and excellent vet at a time of great worry and upset. Understand that the OOH fees are high but, for us, it was well worth it for peace of mind and the help our cat received was amazing. Would have been a very long night for us, and our cat, if we had not been able to go to Vets Now for help. Thank you

After a concerning situation with our poorly cat and our normal vet practice being closed, we were really pleased with the support and ease of VetNow.
