Great furniture, but need to work on their delivery, not ring an hour before arrival a week early and expect the buyer to help unload it
I bought their furniture from them through Amazon. 2 wardrobes & chest of drawers. Furniture went together easily, sturdy, looks lovely, everything needed was in boxes and packed well. They did not have the ordered chest of drawers in stock so sent me same but taller one (£20 more expensive) but said they wouldn’t charge me extra. Reason I’ve not given 5 stars is delivery was due between a 2 day timeframe, came a week early, no information given at all re. Delivery throughout & rang me an hour before arriving, just luck I was home. 1 man alone arrived wanted help from me getting it out the van 7 boxes big one 38kg. I’m 56, female, arthritis laden, I told him sorry no, he wasn’t happy, wanted car moved to park on my drive, I couldn’t, not my car. I said this is not down to me your company should send 2 if you can’t do it. He did do it himself and I helped move the smaller of 7 boxes into my living room .
