Fantastic customer service. Had a fault with a top kit i order last week that wasn't directly there problem,I reached out to the shop they responded to me the same day,Within 3 days there was a replacement top kit at my door,ive purchased a bit of tackle off them and can't fault them for delivery's and customer service.
100% recommended.

Bought a fair few items from the shop and well happy. All delivered on time apart from 1 order ov multiple items missing in transit. But that was quickly put right buy the support team. The team are always helpful and polite when visiting their shop, but recent positive and prompt response when asking for replacement rod top section, which was dealt over email in a professional manner.

The tackle tavern team are highly dedicated to customer service, I recently ordered an item which was the wrong item - completely my mistake however the team went above and beyond to replace the item for me after the wrong ordered item was returned.Fantastic customer service, very responsive to the support e mail link and a pleasure to deal with. I also spoke to various team members over the phone and everyone of them were really helpful.

I do not often write reviews, but in this case the service was so good it needed to be done.

I received a matrix clicker pro but unfortunately it was faulty. Spoke to the shop, explained I needed a replacement urgently for a trip. Nick was straight on it. Spoke to matrix and sent me a new one within a couple of days.

My charger pin broke on my matrix power barrow,so I sent on email to tackle tavern and told them,so a couple of emails later with pictures they told me matrix will replace it, so about later the replacement charger was on my doorstep 👍. I ordered Sticky Baits Bloodworm 12mm pop up boilies. They fish extremely well. I caught two 8lb Bream on them. I will be using them for Tench next. Tight lines.

Order arrived prior to schedule Speedy Gonzalez is green with envy having come in second. On a more serious note the goods were priced very well, were as described, packed safely, and dispatched promptly. What more could one ask.

I would give them more stars if i could! Dealt with Nick. Customer service is the best i've seen. Ordered several items new and pre-loved. The preloved bivvy came, second hand but was brand new pretty much - perfect. It was missing a door but had loads of other extras not expected. I emailed them to see if i could buy a door. They sent one free of charge. I cant rate them high enough. Will be just using these guys now. Have recommended already. Do consider selling your used gear to these guys, top rates paid.
