Kind, knowledgeable and patient
The lady who took my call was very kind and efficient, she seemed like she was on my side to get me a better renewal price which was of great concern as my quote this year has jumped up. We eventually found a way to improve the quote slightly by adjusting my voluntary excess which again was explained well.

Great customer service
The person I spoke to (Ryan) was very helpful, polite, and informative. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that it wasn't possible for me to discuss a quote online rather than on the phone, despite asking for a reasonable adjustment, without needing to involve another person.

We appreciate you leaving us a 4 Star review and for your kind words about Ryan. We can see from your chat that Ryan did try to suggest ways to accommodate you and we were able to speak to your partner later.
However, despite your generous rating, we still feel we owe you an apology; we always strive to offer a first-time resolution service, and appreciate you would have liked to have been able to work with us on your quoting query directly yourself.
We have evolved an online quoting service for some of our insurance products, and our online chat with you has highlighted to us that this is something we need to expedite rolling out more widely. In the meantime, however, we are looking to create a process by which our Quoting Agents can complete a quote via LiveChat, as well as on the phone. We are working that through at the moment and will go live with it as soon as possible.
We're really sorry on this occasion we didn’t deliver the reasonable adjustment you required. We will learn from that.
