Second purchase from Paul at The Recliner Showroom. That is a show of confidence in this most excellent business. Paul takes great care to ensure you are getting the product you need. Which as in my case may not be the one you first enquire about.

Delivery is prompt and I will tell you they earned every penny of the very reasonable delivery charge manhandling this heavy chair around our narrow hallway and doors.

I needed a recliner chair quickly for a member of my family and made an appointment to see Paul at the Recliner Showrooms at 11.00am on a Saturday morning, the chair was delivered by 5.00pm that afternoon. An excellent service. While in the showroom we video called my nephew so that he could choose what he wanted. Paul answered all our questions and made sure we were satisfied with our choice. Paul brought separate back cusions with him so the the most comfortable one could be chosen. A wonderful service and greatly appreciated. Would happily recommend Paul and the Recliner Showrooms.

I contacted Paul about a replacement loft and rise recliner. It was a pleasure to deal with Paul, he kept me updated as to the status of delivery at all times and delivered the chair the next day on receiving delivery to his showroom. Very professional and recommended a stand by battery pack in case of a power outage. Impressive service these days.

I could not fault the speed and efficient service provided by Paul to my elderly father in Cork. I rang on Bank Holiday Friday 18th March, urgently seeking to replace a recliner that broke suddenly and he had the chair delivered to our door in Cork by lunchtime on Monday 21st March. He was very helpful, brought several cushion/seating options for my father to choose and he did not leave until my Dad was totally comfortable with his purchase - he even took the broken recliner away! Top class service, thanks again Paul.

I went with some family members and my elderly mother to look at recliners last weekend. I was a little surprised initially that we had to make an appointment but I later realised this was so that Paul can give you the time and individual attention you need to pick the best chair. He has a large range in the warehouse and has lots of helpful suggestions to make to ensure you select the best chair. He was able to deliver the chair to my mother's house that very evening which was great. His products range and product knowledge are in a different league to seemingly comparative products on offer in normal furniture shops. I thoroughly recommend The Recliner Showroom.

I found The Recliner Showroom on the internet when searching for a Tilt and Rise Chair for my husband. As they were local I rang and made an appointment with Paul.
Paul could not have been more helpful. He had a huge selection of chairs available. He was very knowledgeable and explained about chairs suitable for every eventuality.
After trying several, the correct chair was selected and Paul delivered and installed the chair the very next day.
He was very generous with his advice and time. He answered the phone when we rang and did exactly what he said he would do.

100% I would recommend Paul!!! I first contacted Paul at The Recliner Showroom on a Thursday and my mum had her chair delivered and installed the following Tuesday morning. He travelled from Bray to Co. Clare to deliver it. Paul recommended what chair might suit her best and even brought 2 different backs for her to try out for comfort. Paul was very easy to deal with and phoned me back when he said he would. It was one of the easiest purchases we have ever made. I have no hesitation giving The Recliner Showroom and Paul 5 stars. Cannot fault the service we received from Paul at the Recliner Showroom. This chap really knows his stuff and rest assured you're in safe hands. Recliners for most are a lifeline particularly for my elderly father, who otherwise would be confined to his bed. His remote was old and worn and we were afraid it would pack in completely. I rang this Company about a chair for my husband and spoke to Paul. He suggested I visit the showroom, showed me around, advised me on what was most suitable and was very helpful and friendly. He arranged to have the chair delivered the following week in the afternoon, positioned it and set it up for immediate use.
