I bought a recliner from Paul almost 4 years ago.I was about to have a hip replacement and could no longer sit on a low chair.Paul was so patient with me as I tried out almost every chair he had 😂The selection of chairs is amazing.He is so knowledgeable and helpful.Myself and my daughter went to his showroom on a Friday bought the chair and Paul delivered it the very next day.....Such a great service.His aftercare is also fantastic,he goes above and beyond.Undoubtedly the best customer service I have ever experienced,thank you Paul.

I bought a recliner having been just discharged from hospital on the bank holiday. We went to the showroom chose a chair, paid for it and it was sitting in my sitting room an hour later. Paul was a gent to deal with very helpful

Recently purchased a recliner for my sick father, mentioned to Paul he was due to be discharged on the Friday before the bank holiday, ordered and paid for it on the Thursday morning and he had it delivered by the following day. An absolute gent to deal with and went over and beyond to help me. Top quality product also

My mum's recliner broke and it is something that she uses daily that helps with her parkinsons. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we picked the right product, reasonably priced and delivered that same day. It made a world of difference and I have to say was excellent and sufficient service. My mum is thrilled with her new chair. I search from google and was able to find the reclinershowroom and contacted paul regarding my recliner chair which i purchased somewhere else and now it was not working. He was able to help me assess the problem through hos watsapp and we found out that the switch was not working.. he was so patient woth me and very kind. GOD BLESS him for helping me..

Recliner Chair. He managed to find a part for it and it is now back in working order. Very helpful and accommodating.

I contacted Paul last Thursday re supplying a new Recliner for my friend who is in a Nursing Home. After giving him key measurements, believe it or not, Paul supplied my friend's new chair within 24 hours. He is delighted with it & it is customised perfectly to match his needs.

So, today an Angel helped me. Paul, thank you is not really cutting it. This morning at 9.00am I called Paul to see if he could do ‘the impossible’. Bank holiday Friday and I needed a chair immediately as I had a knee replacement last week, add on to that an arm partial paralysis. Impossible to get out of my own chairs, poor husband has had heart surgery. It was mental and physical torture to get me to the bathroom!!!!!
Told Paul my plight and that I was stuck in my bedroom till I could get a chair delivered. Never for one moment did I think a business like his existed. He drove from Wexford to Bettystown with a choice of two chairs that would suit me. I am totally happy to say that I am writing this review from the comfort of one of these marvellous ‘machines’. This lovely man knows his ‘stuff’. He made sure I understood how to operate the chair b4 he left. Paul, thank you, thank you, thank you.

Thank you Paul. Your experience and expertise gave me a recliner exactly right for me. As a retired health professional I am very aware of the importance of good posture and support when sitting. A very positive experience from beginning to end! Paul is so personable & professional.. He goes out of his way to give the best service possible. My dad absolutely LOVES his new chair! He’s practically lived in it since it was delivered & all members of his family have been summoned to view it! I cannot recommend the Recliner Showroom enough!

We needed a riser chair for my mum as she was finding difficult to get up out of her chair. Mum is a petite lady and so I knew getting a chair that fitted properly would be really important for her.

I spent ages searching the internet looking for something suitable, and a company with the expertise to help. All the companies close lunch times and Saturdays, so brining mum to try out the chairs seemed impossible.

My sister found xxx and was able to call and speak directly with Paul, the owner. He was so nice. He took lots of time to understand our needs and arranged to meet us at his Bray showroom.

When mum and I arrived, we were able to try lots of different types and sizes before making a decision. Paul really knows his stuff. Having picked the right one Paul said he could deliver immediately, as in that very afternoon. I was amazed.

Later that night however, mum felt the chair we had picked was still too big. When I called Paul, he was so incredibly sweet about it. He changed the chair for a smaller size the very next weekend.

We could not be happier.

From the first enquiry phone call to the efficient delivery Paul was fantastic to deal with...friendly, knowledgeable and so helpful.

As a return customer of Recliner Showroom, we were once again blown away by the wonderful service offered by Paul. His expertise and knowledge leaves you confident that you are getting the right chair for your needs. He is incredibly helpful and is not just there to sell you a chair, he listens to your needs and guides you in your selection. Alongside this, Paul is very easy to talk to and genuine in his manner. After making our decision on what to purchase, the chair was delivered promptly by Paul to my mother the next day. She was delighted with it as she has very limited mobility and the chair allows her to sit comfortably during the day.

I contacted Paul in September this year and got an appointment straight away. He spent over an hour showing us the range of Lazy Boys he had in the shop. we were able to try them all out in peace and take as long as we wanted. He answered all our questions and put us at ease straight away. There was no pressure to buy anything, we had shopped around before we found this shop and were not impressed with the quality of chairs for the money that was wanted. Pauls knowledge is expectional and because of his years in the buisness he knew what we were looking for and which way to steer us. Paul delivered the chairs himself and was in no rush to leave, he spent time setting them up and showing us how they worked. We bought two Italian Leather Lazy Boy electric chairs with detachable chargers, the quality is amazing and they are so comfortable. If you want the highest customer service and value for money, this is the shop to go to. I highly recommend Paul and his shop.

The representative, Paul Quinn, is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in accommodating delivery. He installs and demonstrates, making sure all is well before he leaves. I had a problem last year and he solved it, again going out of his way to make us happy. I am a bariatric client And my chair just gave up the ghost this week. Paul was quickly able to hook me up with a new chair, even better suited than the last one. I highly recommend this company and would buy from Paul again.
