Bunch of scamming robbers. Item ordered on 4th May now June and no item or dispatch notification. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ALLEGED COMPANY

It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my product yet. What a JOKE. You just take people’s money and never send them anything? Ripoff.

Borderline scam! If you ever get your item (.01% chance) it’s a cheap plastic piece of junk. Save your money.

Still never got my order after 3 weeks! Still says awaiting dispatch and it’s coming from CHINA, yet it makes it look like it’s a UK website! Fuming! Should have bought it off Amazon!! SCAMMING ROBBERS!!!!

Shampoo cup doesn’t fit so I just have a glorified garden spray hose attachment.
One cup was also cracked. Contacted the company, sent photos, nothing was done.
Waste of money.

I ordered two wearable quick dry towels (the largest 3XL) and it is probably for a beagle not german shepherds! The clip was broken which holds the towel in place and it is simply worthless to me.

Their dog drying coats are nothing like the pictures or the sizing stated. The returns contact email address doesn't exist! UPDATE: When I used the email address shown here on TrustPilot: Info@ not hello@, I did get a response and subsequently a refund without them wanting the useless coat back

Do NOT purchase from this company, it’s a total scam. They take your money, then email you that it’s on its way. However, the order never leaves Jamaica , NY, I contacted customer service, who then told me they can’t refund my order because it shipped. It’s been a month, paid for, and the order is no where to be found. They stopped responding to my emails for a refund. I now have to call my bank so they can investigate it and get my money refunded. I wouldn’t have given them any stars whatsoever, but you have to check off at least one. This company is unconscionable.

Can someone PLEASE tell me how to remove the blasted hose fitting from inside the handle???? It’s stuck firmly inside and there’s seemingly no way of getting it out without breaking it. Most ridiculous way of freighting a spray gun.
Dog ”towels” are rubbish too. The sizes on the packet differ from those on the site - the supposed 3XL which you would’ve thought would be enormous on a small Labrador barely fits her, and is a completely different shape from the one advertised. Cheap and skimpy and worth about $2 frankly. The second towel - also for a small Lab - is an M and would probably fit a child’s teddy.
Am totally underwhelmed. Our two dogs love getting wet and muddy, and I thought this device would save us the hassle of having to drive into town to get them clean in the dog washer. Expensive rubbish so far.

First thing was ordered in March, never got it in tell may was told due to warehouse moving. Finally received it and is junk !! The soap cup is held on with one thread and will blow off and can not be held on . DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK !!!!

I ordered one, the advertisement at the bottom had Paul/California, I had 3 hoses didn’t fit on any, when requesting to send it back they gave an address in China and you had to have a tracking number. The cost of the puppet is $29.95, to send it back to China was 28.50 with no tracking number! That’s from the post office! I have emailed twice, no response from them !

PLEASE BEWARE WHERE YOU PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT FROM. I ORDERED IT OFF A SITE THAT SAID PUP JET AND AT THE BOTTOM SAID CALIFORNIA. AFTER 20 DAYS IT NEVER SHOWED UP. I GOT AN MAIL FROM A PAUL. IT WAS COMING FROM CHINA DELIVERED TO A SHIPPING COMPANY IN JAMAICA NY. THEN THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE MOVING THERE WAREHOUSE. THANKFULLY I USED PAYPAL AND GOT A FULL REFUND. PLEASE USE AMAZON IF YOU BUY THIS AND NOT ANY OTHER SITE. BUYER BEWARE

Love the pupjet! I ordered one and it hadn't shipped for a while so I contacted customer service and they got back to me pretty fast confirming it was about to be shipped out. I received the product and now that I finally got to use it, it is just wonderful! I have a dog that is petrified of bath time and it takes 2 people to bath him, at 86lbs it's not the easiest chore and with his allergies he is supposed to be getting bathed at least every month. While it was still sort of a struggle to get him into the bath tub I noticed when using the pup jet he wasn't shaking in fear like he normally would be and it was so much easier and faster that I was able to give other pup a bath right afterwards. Normally we would separate the days because the one bath is very stressful for all of us.
