I wouldn’t even rate this company one stat if I didn’t have too! I so wish I had read the read reviews on here first before spending £170.00 over a week ago with still nothing to show for it.

My order still hasn’t been dispatched despite waiting a week I have been told once it has been shipped Delivery time is 5 to 7 days!

I have now emailed to ask for my money back as there is no Mention on how long you have to wait on the website they just take your money!!! No reply either from my email! I will be taking this further with my bank.

I bought a dog towel for my small dog for Christmas at the beginning of December. The item took a month to arrive so it wasn’t in time for Christmas, and when it did it was way too small and too tight around the neck. My dog was the smaller of the two in the images it provided as a guideline for sizing so this shouldn’t have been the case. I contacted them immediately it arrived and requested a refund - it is unworn and still in its original packaging and I had notified them within 14 days as per their refund policy. I had an almost immediate response requesting videos and images, which I provided. They have refused the refund saying their fulfillment team have declined the request as they had sent out the size that I had ordered which was a M/L so not sure why they needed all the images anyway as they were never going to refund my money. They have offered me an XXXL as a goodwill gesture which is absolutely no use as I have a small dog. There is nothing in their policy that says they won't return as I always check before ordering so not being able to do a normal refund is ridiculous especially when their products don't reflect their images. I am very disappointed in what I received in my order. I ordered 4 of the Wearable Quick-Dry towels. They are not at all what is pictured on the website. The colors are very off & the sizing is not accurate at all. I bought an XL for my dog & the towel does not even fit over her head. They are not microfiber & just seem like a thin layer of fleece. They are very cheap quality & not worth the $19.95 I spent on them. There is no tail opening and this overall is just a very bad product. I am very disappointed that the pupjet website is very misleading and I feel that I have been scammed.

-Shipping takes forever.
-Customer service has to reach out to fulfilment team which also takes w weeks to get a response.
- sizing chart is drastically wrong on towel. Said a large will fit a Golden Retriever. A large barley fits a 15lb dog.
-refuse to refund due to sending a 2nd "L" towel, that again is more like an XS.

WOW, do your homework with this company. As people before me have said - the material is super cheap. Very thin and it isn't going to dry anything. The sizes are way small based on what they tell you. We bought XL for a small lab and it would not fit a dog half the size. The neck area would choke your pet, even if you could get it over their head. The purple is pink and the blue is a deep dark teal. If you send an email, they do respond, but they won't do anything for you. It looks like a US company but they are most definitely located in China as the shipping started there and took almost 2 months to get to us. If you call the number in Buffalo, no one answers and all you can do is leave a message. Their 100% guarantee and refund/return policy is quite simply fake. They take the negative reviews off their website so you just see the good ones. Don't be taken in.

I think it’s pretty fair to say that the only good reviews are likely fake. Company set up to give the impression they are from America and, when you order, you suddenly find that the product is being sent from China, that should have set alarm bells ringing, but, give them the benefit and all that…

Drying coat arrived and, well, what a load of poop. Bought purple and it’s pink. Not microfibre, nothing like as advertised, the size ordered wouldn’t fit a Yorkie let alone a larger spaniel and the neck, which has no stretch at all, would do little more than choke the poor dog.

I’ve complained and requested a refund immediately but, based upon the comments here, I hold out little hope of getting my money back.

Update: Pupjet did come back to me after I emailed them, I explained I was dissatisfied and that the product was sub par and not as advertised. Their response, despite advertising a ‘refund and return’ policy is that they don’t give any refunds ‘just because I don’t like the product’. Which is obviously wrong and, again, the product advertised is NOT what you’ll receive.

Filed a claim via my credit card and, thankfully, they have refunded for me.

If this whole experience has taught me one thing it’s to check Trustpilot before ordering online as, had I seen these reviews, I’d have saved myself a headache.

Scam. The “drying coat” I ordered is not made of the same material shown on the website, I ordered an XL per their size chart and the coat barely covers my dog’s sides (a medium sized dog). I asked for a refund and they asked for a photo of the issue. I sent them a photo of the coat barely fitting over my dog and they said that now that the item is “worn” I cannot return it.

JET WASHER is not compatible with bathroom showers. When the handle is used the back pressure blows the shower!!!!!!
DRY TOWELS. Small size does not fit a chihuahua's head through.
Large size does not fit a springer spaniels head through.
Refund refused as they claim the towels is now used as I tried to put it on my dog.
TOTAL SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Don’t waste your money or time ordering anything from this company.
Took over two weeks to arrive, quality of drying coats is shocking, thin and cheap material, ordered XXL and they are tiny. They show these on site on a lab/golden but they wouldn’t fit a westie!
“Customer” service is non existent, emails bounce back from the addresses they tell you to use.

RUBBISH , ordered XL dog drying/coat its that small it would only fit a Jack Russell, absolute crap material too, nit even going to stress myself out to return for £15, sent an email to the address they said send and question to, and it just got sent back to me.

They sent the wrong adapters. I have had seven email encounters with customer service often taking weeks for them to respond, only to repeatedly ignore the simple problem and photographs that I sent them... And they told me I have the right adapters. I don't know the customer service rep's non-responsive answers are purposeful, but if they are not then he gives imbeciles a bad name!

Ordered the dog drying towel/hood along with the hose attachment and 2 brushes on 6/6/24. I emailed for tracking status multiple times after not receiving my order in 4wks...no response.

The order finally arrived on 7/8/24 and the "large" towel i ordered didn't even fit my 14lb. 14wk old old puppy.

I requested a refund on 7/10/24 and they initially replied asking for photo proof of my dog in the towel and said they would refund or replace. I sent the requested photos and asked for a refund. I was then told my request will be escalated and processed.

I emailed for a follow up every 2 weeks for the next 2 months getting the same lip service, "we are still working on your request." Sent another follow up email on 9/4/24 and that email bounced back "address not found."

Had to then call my bank and file a claim. Besides the product being shotty, their customer service is HOR-RI-BLE....WOULD NOT recommend Pup Jet.

Awful. Is the only word I can use to describe my experience with Pup Jet. After my item arrived broken in the post I go in contact with there customer service team. At first they were really helpful, said they would send out a replacement, after almost a week of no contact, I decided to email again.

This time I requested a refund so I could re-order myself. The staff member was a sarcastic and an email and said it would be on its way. Now nobody is replying to me therefore I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank. I will not be ordering from this company ever again

I ordered their product around six weeks ago. It arrived in a few days. The attachment for the sprayer does not fit, which makes the sprayer useless. The sprayer is flimsy and worth about $10.00 at most. I have contacted the company and no solutins offered despite 100% refund statement. These are scammers pure and simple. I will be contacting credit card company..seems the only way I will be compensated. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered the pup jet in May. It still hasn’t arrived. I contacted customer service but haven’t hear anything. This sucks!!!!!

I ordered a pup jet back in April and it came in about 3 weeks but without the shower attachment it was advertised with so I contacted customer service and I have to day they are absolutely useless. Said they would look into it I'm still waiting shocking would not recommend at all. I have sent other emails but had no response 😕

Took from the 5th of May until the 24th of June to receive and it looks like crap. Cheap feeling and not even in proper packaging, just shoved in a bag and then in a plastic envelope. SCAM. avoid

Order never received. Ordered in May and it’s almost July. Contacted the company 3 times, no response. This company is definitely not legitimate. I will be filing a formal complaint to try and get them shut down to not scam others.

If I could give it a zero I would. I'm still waiting on this product after ordering it a month ago! I have tried numerous times to contact the company and emails remain unanswered. I have just read on their website they do not deliver to Australia yet my address was still accepted and my account debited. Wish I had of read these reviews before ordering! I am so angry at these low-life crowds scamming genuine people and myself for falling for it!
