Amazing customer service from Taz, excellent experience.

Well there was a lot of confusion over the delivery. We had e mails saying they couldn't find our address. Then we had e mail saying it was being returned to store
Then we had e mail saying address wasn't clear. I had contacted delivery people to deliver to my neighbour at number 10. Eventually my neighbour had the delivery. What a mess. Never again

Gary dealt with us with utmost respect and made us buy best perfumes we ever had.Thank you for you kind service

I went in not having a clue what I wanted, not having bought aftershave for years. Did my best to describe a smell I had smelt around and after about half a dozen samples, Elaine came up with the perfect scent for me. Great staff, down to earth and relaxed.

Macy was was great. Had a lovely chat about fragrances, made it much more of a memorable interaction. Helped me perfectly, gave amazing recommendations and actually knows the notes inside of the most random of fragrances! Loved her, will definitely come back again!
