I recently needed to buy La Bomba by Caroline Herrara as my friend bought it for my birthday and I didnt have much left. The Perfume Shop was by far the cheapest and to be honest by quitea lot! I was able to order online and pick it up within 30 minutes - it was ready and waiting for me in the shop beautifully wrapped and in a bag. I have never ordered this way before, but I will definately ordering from the Perfume Shop again - fantastic price and service thank you so much!

I was at TPS in Cardiff to treat myself, first time being there and my experience was amazing, the customer service was 5⭐+ Leona was so patient, helpful and friendly. I wasn’t sure what I wanted but she helped me in choosing, even swiped my giftcards many times before it worked all with a happy face ❤️Love the perfumes, will be coming back for more.

Had the best experience today, I can’t thank Taz enough (I hope I have the correct name now) - she was incredible in the Cardiff store. She really helped me as I was stuck on what to buy my partner for our anniversary! And she also gave great recommendations, so welcoming and warming - which is a rare thing these days. I had an amazing experience at the perfume shop in St David’s Cardiff thanks to Aaliya. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the fragrances. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and recommended the perfect scents without being pushy at all.
Her customer service was genuinely outstanding — friendly, patient, and attentive throughout my visit. It’s rare to come across someone so passionate about helping customers have a great experience. I left feeling valued and absolutely delighted with my purchase.
Aaliya is a real credit to the store, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for excellent service and expert fragrance advice!
