The Partnership have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole house selling / purchasing process. Jayraj, Alex and Megan have been so communicative and helpful and response times were impressively quick! The status pie chart is a fantastically helpful tool; in fact the whole portal system is brilliant and made everything very transparent and clear. We’ve already recommended The Partnership to friends and family, and will continue to do so. Cannot fault the experience at all. Thank you all so much!

The company is professional with a well organised communication portal, and I felt supported throughout my transaction. However, there were a few lapses: the lawyer handling my case missed some follow-ups and once misstated the source-of-funds requirements, which caused unnecessary stress. I would use the company again, but clearer communication focused on my enquiries would be a welcome improvement.

We have used The Partnership for 3 house purchases/sales now and have always been impressed. They stood out in comparison to the other solicitors in the chain, and were communicative and highly efficient in processing the legalities of the purchase and sale.

We were first-time buyers and our purchase fell through. The property had serious problems, but the process with The Partnership was frustrating.

We felt we had to be the ones to spot all the risks. When we asked for clear advice on complex legal issues (like a missing Wayleave Agreement), we got definitions, not a real explanation of what it meant for us. We had to push constantly.

They gave us wrong information that hurt our negotiations. We were told indemnity insurance for a Party Wall issue wasn't available, so we argued that point with the seller. Weeks later, a quote for that exact policy just silently appeared from them. It made us look foolish. They also ignored some specific questions we asked.

The whole thing was slow. They sent enquiries rarely and in big batches, which dragged the process out for months and made the seller think we were messing them around. The client portal is outdated, clunky, and makes tracking difficult.

While we avoided buying a problematic property, it felt largely due to our own diligence, not the firm's proactive guidance. The service lacked clear advice, accuracy, and efficiency.

We were impressed with the online dashboard and area that kept track of where we were and what was still outstanding. We were also impressed with the quick responses to any questions we had, and the professionalism with which the whole process was handled.

Our queries were always answered quickly and it was easy to speak to someone on the phone if necessary. Our buyers directly attributed pulling out to the rudeness and arrogance of the partnership. They had a great service until you realise how they correspond with other lawyers and make things up on your behalf. Raised an official complaint which they barely even investigated despite emails of proof. PLEASE steer clear and save yourself the hassle.

The portal is very easy to navigate. It’s also convenient to contact the team via email or phone, and everyone I spoke with was very friendly and helpful.

The partnership dealt with our house sale under probate with great success. They were able to get everything done in reasonable time despite complicated and sometimes difficult circumstances. I had used them once before and would not hesitate in using them again.

I hired The Partnership to purchase a one-bed apartment in central London for £325,000. The Partnerships lawyer fee was 30% above the next highest quote from other solicitors, which I paid hoping that I would get a reasonably good service.

In reality, my transaction got delayed by 3 weeks than it reasonably should be expected to complete. I had to convince my own solicitor that we can't rely on inaccurate info supplied to us by the seller without evidence. I felt pressured to just "get on with it" and go ahead with the transaction as is, when it was clearly not beneficial for me. On top of high-end base fee, which I agreed to pay, I got unexpectedly upsold by +50% for work I outlined to them before I hired them and back then the sales person said nothing about this additional fee. I found out about additional fee in the financial statement. They added the fee only after I exchanged, but before completed. This way I had almost no chance to question it, dispute it and had to just pay it. Their response times at many points throughout transaction were quite long, when someone goes on two-week holiday, they say there is a replacement, in practice though work simply stopped. They would answer clear yes/no questions, but they ignored any questions where I asked them to share their experience and judgement. They just ignored and I had to send them questions again and again to get some kind of an answer. Their advice and guidance for exchange and completion process was extremely limited, I had to use ChatGPT given the time sensitivity. Overall 1/5 for all the reasons above.
