The Partnership were incredible from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and the communication was spot on.

The portal was also great and clear to use and although we’ve used them previously I wouldn’t hesitate to not only recommend them to my friends but also use them again.

My only annoyance is I can’t give more than 5 stars!

Very impressed as needed a quick but good service and they were on the ball from day one, kept me fully informed at all times and their Portal was both secure and easy to use !

The process was very rapid, from instructing to exchanging in just 6 weeks. Jayraj and Alex from Guilford were really helpful and were always giving regular updates.
The portal itself was very easy to use, and it made sure you never miss a thing. Very much recommend 🙂

Too Slow - not the solicitor you wish

All documents were sent to Kirby Giddens on 28th Aug & 11th Sep, landlord certificate was sent on 2nd Oct.

Chasing day after day, the buyer paying rent, the vendor paying mortgage, service charge, council tax, please let me know if you wish your sol working like this slow.

Kirby, it’s 12 Oct today, does it take you a month to ready and approve? You certainly don’t care for clients!

terrible experience i just found out i need to pay 800 pounds on late service charge payments for which i never got any invoices for ?! apparently they were not given my details. isnt my lawyers supposed to give them my details and inform me?? this is my first property!! this is not good service and no advise!!!!

Well what can I say I have never found a solicitor this good. Right from the start we were contacted immediately put onto their portal and informed immediately on every issue. This system that they have was very reassuring and made us feel as if they were on the ball. Each week they gave us an update requesting information and worked on it straight away. I do believe because of there professional support that our house was sold so quickly and I would fully recommend this company.

The Partnership was very professional and kept me informed every week of the progress of my sale. I didn’t like the idea of a customer portal at first but once I got used to it, it proved an efficient way of communication and uploading documents.
I would have given 5 stars but there was a slight glitch when they forgot I was away on certain dates and there was a bit of a panic to complete documents for completion and it all had to be done on Docusign. But in the end, everything went smoothly thanks to Alex.

I am very happy to have found the Partnership Limited as my solicitor for the sale and purchase of properties.
