Very poor quality items. Ordered personalised Father’s Day tumbler. The design peeled off after first careful handwash and was highly pixelated too. Appalling quality. Not hopeful of refund despite contacting them. Feel conned as paid £37 including postage…

I order 2 things for Father’s Day it guaranteed a delivery by 21st and I kept following up ( ordered on June Week 1)
They went back on their word and said it’s 4 weeks.
Now it’s 4 weeks and still not delivered.
Robotic customer service answers to every email asking to track in link. Writing the review to make sure no one else is scammed.

I read bad reviews and ordered anyway because I liked a lot the customized T-shirt and nowhere else did one like that.

It didn't arrived on the date, but arrived.

Costumer service answered my email 2 weeks after I sent.

If your not in a rush I would recommend ordering. Comes from Hong Kong, so it's gonna take a wile. I would have a month safe to receive. I got In 22 days.

I recieved my order, intact and exactly what i ordered, I was doubtful after reading about all the horrible experiences everyone has been having, I guess i got lucky.

Horrible customer service. I noticed a typo in my order, I emailed and they replied that it was too late. they tired to claim my order was placed 5 days before it was, and that my order had already been completed, and sent me a screenshot to show my order with the time I actually ordered it and that it was unfulfilled. I needed 1 letter corrected, and they still printed my order wrong, this was after many emails requesting a change and they saying they would get back to me. I wouldn't buy anything from them.

Ordered 3 June received 24 June based on ad on IG. I ordered a cap and a t-shirt for Father’s Day. I received the t-shirt with the cap prints on it and did not receive the cap. Wasted SGD80/US$59/£46. Send an e-mail but no reply.

Ordered on 31st May. Arrived 20th June. Not the shipping time advertised.
Has been used 3 times and rinsed by hand, not soaked, but the print has already peeled off! Terrible quality especially as it cost £37!

I ordered a canvas print (poster) for our wedding anniversary; it came out perfect. I’m so thrilled; it’ll look great in our bedroom.

Ordered 31 May, delivery was supposed to be 13th June. Still nothing on 19th June. The preview has changed to a different set of clothing and different names. Communication very poor. I would never purchase from here again unless I ordered and didn't have a deadline for delivery, ie a few months to wait! Let's see what arrives, whenever it does!

Same as all the other reviews. Ordered a Father’s Day gift. It came and was completely faulty. Complained and they offered to send another. The quality is disgusting for the price paid. Avoid at all costs, you will be disappointed. On their website they say they have 5 star trustpilot reviews. Clearly they don’t.

Don't deserve 1 star - do not reply to emails but take your money should not be allowed to operate. Now having to try and get my money back!!!!!!

The glass has arrived, washed before use and everything has come off the product, all of the images have washed off after touching water.

I ordered a gift on the 9th it’s now the 15th with no confirmation or anything. When I click the link it still says “we received your order” this was suppose to be for Father’s Day I understand it being a few days late but like I said they haven’t even sent an update or said they’ve started on it. Really disappointing.

Update: it’s now a full month later and I have not heard or received anything. The whole thing is a scam. When I disputed the charge I got an email “assuring” me that it had shipped. This was 2 weeks ago

Very disappointed with this company! Stay away or they will spoil your surprise! I wish I had read all this before I ordered! My present for my partner for Father’s Day’s has still not arrived and it was for tomorrow!!! I ordered it on 30/05 which is quite a while ago to allow time for delivery and all. Tried to contact them a week ago as I was getting worried that I haven’t heard anything from them and they replied that it is in production and will be shipped 😳😳😳 when?! For Christmas?! I have never been in such situation before as I always try to prepare in advance. So I need to very quickly organise something else. Yesterday I asked again and they didn’t even bother to reply so today I put a claim with my bank and requested a refund! Avoid this scam!!!

There customer service stinks and when you do hold out on hold when you call for over 2 hours and you finally get a ringing line and then the disconnect you. They say there is always a second attempt to deliver nope! They just con you for your money!

gave this company 1 star because I have to, inc P&P I spent £22 pounds on a crappy piece of plastic - absolute con do not use this company
