AVOID THIS COMPANY! Huge scam-company. They will keep your money and you will never recieve what you ordered. Discusting company!

Offers good discounts, with great value and fantastic and wonderful quality products.

Terrible customer service, wish I hadn’t bothered, such a shame as the products look good but when you try to amend the order/ check on the status of the order the communication is terrible.

I stupidly ordered from this company. They sent me a tracking order and it kept saying on the way. It was being sent from China which I didn’t really care about because I’ve had plenty of great purchases from China. However after a couple of months I received a notification from the NETHERLANDS post office saying they had received my package which for some reason was sent there (note I live in the Cayman Islands which is half way across the world) and they were sending the package back to the sender. I contacted these guys with screenshots and photos and asked them for a refund but they said they were sending it to me and wrote out my address. They refused to acknowledge my request for a refund. I again waited two months for a delivery that never came. When I checked the tracking it now said that the package had been destroyed. I contacted them again and they said that my shipping address was incorrect and if I wanted them to send a replacement order I could PAY THEM AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT!!!!! They refuse to acknowledge all requests for a refund and refuse to acknowledge that after 6 months that due to their negligence I haven’t received an order I paid for. Yet they expect me to pay them to send a replacement! I’m livid.

Avoid this company like the plague!! Unfortunately there isn’t an option to give no stars or I would have! Placed an order but then received an email saying I’d cancelled the order (I hadn’t) and have been trying now for two weeks to get a refund. Will be raising as a dispute with my bank!

My personal experience of this company was extremely negative and would recommend that others shop elsewhere.
The item I ordered was for an anniversary present to my wife. When it eventually arrived the item was so badly packaged that it was damaged. It was a large print that had been wrapped around a piece of foam and placed into a flimsy plastic bag. This item should have been sent in a cardboard tube. The item was creased in several places. When I complained to the company they ask for photos of the damaged item which I sent to them. Their reply was that if I put something heavy on the print, or ironed it or used a hair dryer that the creases would disappear. I tried every suggestion but the creases were still there. After contacting this lot again asking them to send me an undamaged one this lot offered me a 20% refund and told me that the print would look OK once put into a frame. Steer clear of these clowns. They have no idea on customer relations or how to parcel goods they are sending out. Joke of a company.

I wish I had read the reviews on this website before placing an order. I had placed an order on the 07/07/24 for a birthday gift and was told I would receive it by the 21/07-23/07. It has now been almost a month and still have not received anything and when I go to track my order, there are no updates. I did not even receive a confirmation email or a tracking number when I placed my order, I had to email them to check if my order was even placed!! I am unsure if I will receive anything at this point based on the other reviews. AVOID!!!

I did not receive my items from this company and am still emailing them to try and get a refund but they just keep saying it is not their error and trying to offer me just a 50% refund saying this is their company policy
There is nothing in their refund and return policy that says this
I would never order from them again Their customer service has been atrocious

I was very disappointed with the hat. It came in a bag stuffed in my mailbox. It was smashed flat with permanent wrinkles in the top. For $25 they could have put it in a box or at least stuffed it to hold it's shape . Won't order another one.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order, and what I received was completely wrong. The printing was incorrect, and they had changed all the names. When I contacted them to request a reprint, I was met with silence. They never bothered to respond to my repeated inquiries.

Frustrated, I decided to file a claim with my credit card company. Interestingly enough, the company finally responded to my credit card company, but their response was infuriating. They asked me to return the incorrectly printed product at my own expense if I wanted a refund. This means I had to pay for shipping costs out of my own pocket just to fix their mistake. It's absolutely unacceptable and feels like a total scam.

What makes it even worse is that when I looked up reviews for this company, I found countless other customers with similar experiences. The number of 1-star reviews is staggering and should be a huge red flag for anyone considering doing business with them. It’s clear that this company does not value its customers and is only interested in taking your money without providing the quality or service they promise.

Save yourself the headache and the money. Do not order from this company. It’s a complete waste of time and resources, and you’ll likely end up feeling cheated and frustrated. Avoid this company at all costs!

I’m really upset with this company! I ordered a personalised hoodie that is supposed to be embroidered and have NIKE with the I replaced with a picture, however when I received the item it wasn’t anything like they said it was. No NIKE logo nor was it even embroidered!
I want a refund it’s a joke!

DON'T BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS. Horrendous quality that is nothing like the product in the picture. I paid nearly £30 for an 'inflated effect' mug. What I got was a normal mug with a picture of the 'inflated effect' on it. The writing is blurred. Thus I supposed to be a present for a really good friend and it looks like I've bought it from a pound shop. VERY DECEPTIVE AND MISSOLD SHOCKING QUALITY ITEM.

I ordered a door mat with my cats name on it. It took quite a few weeks to arrive which I wasn't to bothered about But I was totally shocked when it did turn up ant the package was no bigger than if a
T- Shirt had been folded up. The mat is very flimsy and extremely thin if you tried to wipe your feet the whole mat moves. I got offered a 20% refund when I complained to them about it but I pointed out that was totally inadequate because I have a flimsy mat which is no use at all.

I got “the we got this” custom name picture. It’s not a picture! No frame, it’s all creased and folded, come rolled up and packaging looks like it’s been to war to get here, I think it’s crap, Better just using your printer at home and buying a frame on Amazon.

I ordered one item for Father's Day. It came very late like after 2 weeks and I emailed several times that it's no longer wanted as it was too late. They still delivered. The item received was not looking as good as it's been advertised. So, I asked to return. After many emails, they stalled me off with very unsatisfying feedback. This is an online shopping site. If the item doesn't look the good quality as you see in the ads, As a consumer we should have the right to return and ask for a refund if that's an online channel like Amazon does. They are not good quality and not a trustable online shopping site unfortunately. Therefore, I don't recommend anyone

I wish I can give them 0. I ordered a piece of art that how the called,HORRIBLEEEE. First I ordered it on 5/05 for a father day present
When i saw the advertisement it was beautiful so I decided to buy it and upgrade for a larger size and paid extra. Worst thing because more money the stole from me. I emailed them 2 weeks later, Hey father day is almost there where is my art “they reply is in process” I received my product in June 25 no piece of art it a cheap Canvas folded in a small piece of foam is all wrinkles is HORRIBLE. I contacted them and they always provide 10000 excuses they don’t want to give me my money back I already reported them to Consumer right…Don’t buy anything there.

I wish I had looked at these reviews before buying. I ordered 2 key rings with an image of my recently deceased beloved dog, I saw the advert on instagram and thought they looked lovely. The items I eventually received (delivery took 3 weeks) were awful. The quality was terrible and the image barely recognisable. I emailed the company and all they said was that they had made the key rings as per my order. It makes me so angry that companies can rip people off like this. Do not order from this company because you will definitely regret it. Shame on you 😡
