Put in an order on Monday dropped the phone at the shop and got paid Wednesday. Very good and speedy service.

They make the process very easy. Just enter the make, model, storage and condition and they show the expected price and the postage label is automatically generated. They acknowledge receipt of the mobile very promptly and within 24 hours they’ve tested and informed me of the results. I am very pleased how seemless it is and I received the money the next day. I would recommend Mobile Guru. Their prices and business practices are reasonable and fair.

Fairly seamless experience, amount paid was reasonable, although if you're selling iPhone's make sure you remove them from your iCloud account as that can cause a delay.

Money was credited to my bank account after they emailed me and I agreed to the price after they reviewed the condition of my phone. Overall a positive experience and I would recommend.

Very easy to get a quote for a used Android phone, then send it in and get paid. Although the final amount was less than the quote, I agreed with their finding. Easier than trying to sell on FB or eBay.

Very disappointed, I mistakenly sent in a phone i had not yet created an order for. Upon realising, I of course contacted Mobileguru. 10days later and 4+ emails about this issue have gone completely unanswered.
I am a regular customer and find it very unprofessional that every email has been completely ignored. Not even a 'we'll look into it' makes me very suspicious. I have provided all the revelant information such as tracking and imei for them to easily check. As a long time customer I hate to have to write a bad review, but I am hoping this will get me a response
