I ordered 5 tailored t-shirts for my son 18th birthday . They were never delivered before my departure from Dubaï .
18th birthday and no Tshirt . A shame , pathetic

Great product, clear and effective communication by WhatsApp. The delivery had to be rescheduled but still done before the estimated production time. Anoop is excellent to deal with, send me photos to approve of the real item. Can recommend.

Outstanding professionalism and quality of work. I have ordered 55 Tshirts and 55 Power bank for my event. The quality of their products and priting was top notch. I got my order 1 day before the promised date. I will definitely order more in future.

The order took more time than expected by a few days but was communication with during so expected. Just pre order in advance is my advice.

When contacted via WhatsApp, they were quick to respond but quite elusive. They never said how many days it would take for my items to be delivered, just saying I had time. This led me to believe it would take a week or more. It turned out they needed 2 days. That already made me spend more money than needed as some customised items for my guests won’t be used as they won’t come to the party. Then the Website had glitches and a couple of mugs had a price increase which made me believe the customisation was wrong. Tried to fix but no one contacted me until it was time to deliver. Then got an email to provide my phone, which I did and not only they had it via WhatsApp but also couldn’t be bothered to check their emails, which by the way I couldn’t reply to as their email was wrong - I had to find their email on their site to provide my mobile. Had several requests to speak before final production, was wrongfully charged for some items and they do nothing. Just hoping the items are genuine and decent. I will be placing a formal complaint with consumer protection.
