We ordered a customized wooden cutting board from them as a gift to our employee who's celebrating his 4th work anniversary. However, when we created the mockup, we mistakenly put the year "2019" instead of "2021" and we didn't notice it until we received the item. We panicked and reached out to them because we have to have it corrected urgently, and they responded quickly as well, saying they will replace the item. In the beginning a small confusion about the kind of print job but after that everything was great. Ordered three items as a mockup and the quality of the sublimation print as well as the materials of shirt, coffee mug and sports cap were beyond expectations. Not the cheapest but worth it!
