The agent I spoke with just operated on checklist and didn't seem to do much thinking. He found the cheapest plans but couldn't offer much of an explanation about why they were cheaper. I was the one asking questions to uncover different options. I expected to deal with an expert rather than someone who could only provide very basic information. When I shared the information I found, he barely looked at it.
