Jon Pumphrey was a big help getting me signed up for Medicare, explaining the different choices, and walking me though the process.

Made an inexcusable error that will result in a lifetime penalty and the response was only “sorry, nothing we can do and the penalty is small so you should be ok with it but we can’t help” so why did I go through someone for something I could have done myself? Lesson learned. Don’t use them unless you know enough to know what they are doing,

As a retire nurse, I know the horror stories of making the wrong Medicare decision. I saw Sylvia, the Medicare Mama on social media and wstched many of her video. She knew all the questions I had and some extras I hadn't thought about, so I signed up. I spoke with Jon Wake, who was my agent and he guided me through this Medicare enrollment process. I worked with Jon Pumphrey. What an outstanding guy he is. Walked me through everything step by step. It took me three different phone calls with him to finally make my decision. That was on my part. I was just overwhelmed with everything and needed to take sometime on my part to let everything soak in. Just going to turn 65 and making a Big decision on my part. Questions like, am I choosing the right plan, what are the costs, what do I actually need. All those questions that are all new to me. He took his time and patients to explain it all to me. I made an appointment with some pretty complicated issues and needed advice ASAP as I was on day 63 (the last day!) of choosing Part D drug coverage. I can't say enough about how helpful and patient Elisha was. She answered all the questions I could think of at the time, with some pretty convoluted particulars. She probably thought it was a test, as it was really a heavy lift, I thought, but she handled it all with ease.
