Made me hate purchasing bed linen which I usually love
I ordered 2 Kantha bedcovers from here. One arrived promptly but was much lighter than the image and they used a completely different colour thread for the Kantha stitch than shown on the website. The other did not arrive. I tried getting in touch with them on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook - nada. So I found the founder’s LinkedIn page and responded to one of the flowery chat gpt posts she put on bed linen. It was deleted the next day, and so I posted again and in three days I got word the item has finally been shipped. The second item was good. But customer support is non existent. When you pay money for something , companies should show accountability- it’s the least I expect when I use my hard earned money and put my trust in your company. Beware.
