Terrible Customer Service
I purchased four of the 800ml containers from The Range. After a short period of use, one of the lids started falling apart and would no longer stay together. I contacted customer service, but their response was disappointing. They pointed out that I had bought the items a few months ago and said they would have expected me to report any issues at the time of delivery. I sent photos of the faulty container and I explained that the fault had only developed recently. Their resolution to my issues is terrible, they said next time I place an order, I should add and 800ml container to my cart and only then would they refund it. They want me to spend my money in order to get a refund. The item is clearly faulty, and they should replace it without requiring me to make another purchase.
