I love this label. The designs are fabulous and the prints are always interesting.

I've been wearing The KIT for more than a year now. My closet, well, isn't full of their clothes, but I have quite a few and they always get compliments. But the best part, other than looking good, is knowing it is sustainably made. I don't mind waiting longer for my product to arrive because I know they aren't making masses of clothes that will ultimately fill the landfills. But they do look awesome!

The designs and quality are superb!

Love love love The Kit! Their environmental approach is great. I bought a dress for my anniversary party and got many compliments. Communication from the company was efficient and the dress is beautiful, stylish and well made.

Designs are stunning, unique and priced reasonably. Great customer service. Have a number of outfits and always receive compliments.

I’m so disappointed! Was looking forward to receiving the skirt I ordered.
It was taking MONTHS to receive. I had emailed them a few weeks ago and was told “it takes time to make our garments”. Ok. I guess I’ll wait then.
Today my order was randomly cancelled.
Not impressed at all.

I was attracted to the nice prints and interesting designs. However, after weeks of waiting I emailed them and was told that the jacket had been completed, but was not to their standards and was being redone. After a few more weeks they gave me a refund. They said they would send me the jacket anyway, but that has not happened. Obviously their “innovative” model of production has some unfortunate glitches. Too bad, because I like the look of their clothes…

I placed an order almost 2 months ago and I still have not received it. I really wanted to support this company, but I will not be ordering again. Can't imagine how The Kit can stay in business with this type of service.

Awful experience with this company. Made an order in June, was told I would receive it in 3 weeks max. After a month, inquired about the item. Received an email stating they are “redoing the order” and it will now be another 7 days. Said if I wanted to cancel the order, I could. I responded if they could have delivered within the timeframe quoted, I’d like to continue the order. After another 2 weeks no sign of the item. I had to email them 3 times and threaten a BBB compliant to get a response. The item was still not created or shipped. Very frustrating experience overall and I’ve sense found another similar brand out of NYC that not only is better quality but the customer experience is amazing. No thank you to ever shopping at The Kit.

Easy to navigate website, great clothes, and I get compliments on every THE KIT. piece I own every time I wear one. The brand mission is great and I love supporting sustainable fashion. 10/10

I love THE KIT! The pieces are unique but so easy and comfortable to wear. Whenever I wear something from THE KIT, I constantly am stopped on the street and asked where my clothing is from. I absolutely love my Claudia Dress!

Not only did my pieces arrive promptly within the specified window, but they’re absolutely gorgeous. I get comments on them continuously… I couldn’t be happier. Fit as expected, Daniel and his team are not only experts at their craft, but they’re the sweetest people. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks so much for my fav new fits!

I recently ordered the Heidi jumpsuit and Kia cargo pants and I am OBSESSED with them! The Kia pants are the best fitting pair of pants I have ever owned and the jumpsuit is so fun! I love how soft the fabric is. I also love how everything is made to order. We love a company who cares! Will definitely be ordering from them again very soon :)

Awful customer service. No response to inquiries. Took a month to ship a dress, so I canceled the order and they shipped it anyway. Returned it for a refund and even though they received it back over a week ago they still haven't processed a refund.

I ordered a very colorful turtleneck. It looked gorgeous! The delivery was much later than their web site stated but I wasn't super worried but thoughts that this might be a scam were starting to creep in. The shirt was delivered. The quality was fine but it did not resemble what I ordered. The colors were watered down and the design was different from what I ordered. I sent them an image of what I ordered and what they sent and they immediately credited me back. I'm Glad I got money back but I would encourage people to not purchase from them. They do have excellent web design to lure you in

I wish I would have checked here before I ordered. It was an absolute nightmare working with their customer service for a very expensive and VERY defective jacket. I also couldn’t believe the quality control, there was bare white spots (I’m assuming that didn’t get printed on) and buttons missing. Dealing with customer was so bad, I’d rather just never buy from this company again. What a mess. I am so sad because I wanted this to be a company I could buy from over and over. Sadly, I do not recommend ordering from them.

Consistently blown away by THE KIT. It's become my go-to for gifts for my wife that are, she says, not only comfortable but also undeniably stylish. What truly sets them apart, though, is the sheer number of compliments she receives whenever she wears KIT pieces. Seriously, it's become such a regular occurrence that we may be getting used to it..

Beyond the flattering cuts and ever-evolving tech (the printed denim), the design is ALWAYS fresh and their sustainable take on fashion is something that I'll always be able to get behind. If you're looking for clothing that will turn heads and make your loved ones feel amazing, look no further.

I've always been a huge fan of the Kit. However, I have to say they really stepped it up with their customer service over the last year or so. I had a not so great experience with customer service a while back - responses just took too long. However, the last few times I've ordered have been so easy and quick! Zero drama. Finally, because I love the clothes and The Kit's mission.
