I ordered a jacket a few years ago. I gained weight and it's now too big in me, so I decided to order a size smaller since it was still available. The quality was WAY different than the original jacket, and it was so ill fitting I couldn't believe it. It's like someone sewed the garment in the dark. This is NOT RIGHT! This should be a jacket sold at the dollar store. Noone cares about quality anymore. People just want to rip customers off with trash. Well guess what-that pile of deception is going to fall in on itself if we keep speaking up. Dishonesty won't succeed. If my review gets taken down I'll post it other places. I'm warning as many people as possible to stay away from this company.

It's been over a month still with no dress, no shipping info and no help from customer support after I've sent multiple emails. At this point I've asked to cancel the order but that email has gone unanswered as well.

I have bought at least 8 pieces from The Kit and have been happy with every single one of them. Some of them I have had for years and they look just as nice as the day I received them in the mail. The quality is amazing and I love wearing pieces that no one else is wearing!

I've ordered from The KIT twice and love their products. The garments are extremely well made with quality fabric and stitching. Plus they are beautiful to look at and comfortable as well!

Great clothing! Would highly recommend. It takes longer to receive items due to made-to-order purchasing but the items are so unique and classy, definitely worth the wait.

I LOVE my fabulous jacket. The gorgeous pink and blue checks, the perfectly stretchy material, the pocket details with a place for a pen, everything, truly a joy to wear.

I love the clothes! Patterns you can't find anywhere else. I also love the the "made to order" concept. It does take longer to get your order, but you know that your clothes are being made in an eco-friendly way.

The clothing I have ordered on THE KIT have all been top notch. They keep you informed of what stage your item is at. They make the peuce of clothing just for you. From the time the fabric is ready to shipment, they keep you "in the know". It's actually an "experience" when ordering. It's a one of a kind shopping experience

It was my first order from The Kit- I bought a floral blouse, and it’s wonderful. I got so many compliments on it. I love buying things that you don’t see everywhere. and this is definitely fits that bill! If you like, well-made originals, this is the Store for you. Highly recommend

OMG it was like having my own seamstress. You order and THEN they make it. The clothing is unique. The patterns on their material is not something you will find anywhere else!

The prints are truly fabulous and mix wonderfully with the rest of my wardrobe because, yes, I have enough basics. I am grateful that items are made to order - I don't mind the minimal wait. Every piece I own (at least eight turtlenecks, four sweatshirts, dresses, and several jackets!) fits well, looks terrific, and honestly makes me feel special when worn. For me, these styles are keepers for years to come.

the styles are really unique and I love that they are slow fashion, but for a brand that’s aiming to be size inclusive, I’m surprised that they don’t do tall sizes. Everything is made to order so I would think they should have some way to make the trousers and rompers a little longer, but they’re locked into standardizing the way that everybody else is. Their tagline says “ you have enough basics”, and I couldn’t agree more. Every tall inclusive brand offers the same stuff on rotation and it’s hard to look stylish or unique. I was really excited for THE KIT so I could finally own and wear fun pants, but they don’t offer an inseam long enough. The clothes are still cute though.

The KIT is my go-to brand for high-quality, sustainable, unique clothing. When I wear my KIT clothing, I always get stopped in the street. I feel good in their clothes, and I look good too!

Bespoke Quality for/by Quirky Creatives - I’m not one to leave reviews, but I wanted to share why I love shopping The KIT. Being a quirky creative myself, I don’t like dressing like everyone else, which is part of the reason I love their unique prints. Also, the quality and craftsmanship is bar none. I’ve ordered a number of the super soft turtlenecks—long & short sleeved and their dresses. I prefer to shop with intention. The KIT’s environmentally-friendly “slow fashion” commitment allows me to do so. Never boring! Always top quality fabrics.

I love the unique clothing that's made in a small shop..everything is just slightly different but in a beautiful way..people are great..excellent place to shop for that item that will bring complements galore!

I absolutely love The KIT and will continue to be a repeat customer! The quality is excellent from design to details; I love the bright colors and fun prints; their sustainability principles are forward-thinking; and the fabrics used are soft and practical. The price point is at the top of what my budget allows, but it’s always worth the splurge and the quality makes it last. I would wear it everyday if I could afford it, but I have saved up and picked out my favorites through the years. Also, because of their sustainable manufacturing process, The KIT never runs out of my size or favorite designs while I save up! It can be challenging to wait on the turnaround time (because I’m excited and want to wear it all right now!), but again, it’s always worth it because of the quality, uniqueness, and environmental benefits! I’m waiting on some purchases to be made and delivered right now…(and saving up for my next picks)!

I love the bold, unique patterns. That keeps me coming back for more. I've made about 4 purchases, each with multiple items so I have about 15 Kit pieces. Mostly shirts, but also pants, dresses and sweatshirts. I love all the pieces I've bought. A couple things require ironing, and I've altered a couple to improve the fit on my body. They are easy to wear and a fun statement that always gets me compliments. I'm a creative director at an exhibit/events company, so having unique and beautiful clothing is important to how I present myself professionally. I'm very happy with this brand.
