Quick fast service and delivery. Loved the Honest Bison Tomahawk 20oz steaks.

Meat was delivered on time of the scheduled delivery. The box was wet on the bottom and lacked a cooling element to keep the meat cool. The meat was cool to the touch. The meat was high quality and everyone loved it. My only suggestion is pack the boxes better for shipping so the meat stays colder

customer support is so kind and generous with their responses.

I have not been able to hunt for the last 5 years your cuts are perfect the way I used to do them the meat is tasty and juicy I have never had bison but I will definitely be ordering some to try keep up the good work excellent venison and elk

I apparently fat-fingered the street address creating an undeliverable address. THB attempted to contact me unsuccessfully! My wife and both tried to contact THB but only got voicemail. No return calls. I sent emails and texts correcting the address but again no acknowledgement! To your credit it appears THB has re-shipped my order. I have only two issues1) lack of acknowledgement of my attempted contacts and 2) I wasn’t provided a shipping notification with the freight company’s name and tracking number! I realize I am responsible for setting this mess up, and I appreciate the end result precipated by THB! Thank you!

Meat on the bison was tough not very tender

The bison and elk I've ordered have been delicious. Shipped promptly and packed well.

The bison was beautiful. You even sent a recipe my way which also helped. The reason I can't be a regular client is the expensive price to send it. I need this kind of food...I felt much better for having eaten it, and my wife and son agreed. It's really what we need. But the shipping absolutely killed me

I had trouble placing the order, but once it was accepted the delivery was amazingly fast. I haven’t tried all of the meat yet but what I had was very good. I would like to try other cuts in the future.

The meat is very flavorful. The 1st time that I cooked a Bison Brisket, I undercooked it, so it turned out a bit tough and chewy. The next time that I cooked one, I cooked it more like I would a Beef Brisket - Low & Slow (at least 2-hours per pound of meat, with a layer of BACON on top) with Smoker internal temperature around 180 to 200 degrees F with meat temperature slowly ramping up. At about 1.5 hours remaining and meat temperature around 150 degrees F, I increased the Smoker internal temperature to about 230 degrees F aiming to get the Brisket temperature up to 205 degrees F for the last 30-minutes to break down the Collagen. The result was WONDERFUL! Everyone who tried it LOVED it, even people who claim that they don’t like “Wild Meat”.

The meat came quickly and is amazing!!! I did a small order to begin with to try everything and I absolutely love their bison. I will be ordering again.
