Great meat but wish they had more volume discounts and/or subscription options. Also received one recent package where a few items were defrosted and blood leaked out making everything messy. Haven't had any luck with customer service either. I have sent questions through the help center and never got a response.
Quality of the meat is great but feel like I wont get any support if things go wrong with my order.

Item missing from my order, emailed customer service, no response.

So far my only complaint is that most of the cuts were VERY SMALL and especially for the price.

The Bison blends of heart and liver are delicious.

Ran into a few issues with shipments arriving partially or fully thawed, spoiling meat on two occasions but tracking the problem to UPS not delivering on time including delaying a perishable product over an entire weekend.

Customer service was top notch and multi-faceted involving much more than just the customer service representative I was dealing with including requests from the CEO to track dish what the problem was.

Very satisfied with the customer service but am also happy to report that the quality of the meat is excellent and proved to my family that none of the game meat tasted any differently than the great deer and Antelope meat we have had over the years from the field.

We have enjoyed elk medallions and venison loin so far-- simply prepared on the grill, which takes little time. We look forward to trying bison cuts as well. The medallions were delicious and made for an excellent summer dinner party and the venison loin was simply amazing. Ordering was easy and everything came well-frozen and nicely packaged.

The packaging was great. The meat was delicious. I got the bison New York strip steaks and they tasted amazing. I also got ground venison to make jerky and it turned out tasty.

Love being able to buy Bison roasts online and have them delivered. Pricing is good and the roasts taste great.

Two products (bison medallion and beef top sirloin) I bought were a bit tough but very flavorful. The tri-tip bison filet, I have yet to try.

It did take a while to get our order and a follow up but the meat was great!

I purchased the ground bison and just made some hamburger on the grill. It was the best hamburger that I had tasted.

Quality products that are delivered frozen and on time!

Not only is the meat of amazing quality, the customer service is above and beyond. I had trouble with an order (due to UPS rescheduling delivery) and they responded immediately to my concern and helped me ensure I received a replacement. I will order again and again. Thank you for being so amazing THB!

The delivery was very prompt and packed exceptionally. I purchased ribeyes and filets. They were very tasty. Excellent!

Delicious high quality meat at a fair price!

If I was reviewing the bison, 5/5; if I was reviewing the customer service, 5/5; but can only give 3/5 because we had to do three shipments because (1) the dry ice melted twice in transit and (2) all three times some of the bison patty packages we're punctured, leading to blood leaking out or freezer burns. As someone who really honors bison, it was really sad to see this last important step (packaging and shipping) not attended to well.

Although I'm not so good at math & realize h9w small my order was, but had a craving for bison & couldn't find any place in our town. It tasted great & I'm ordering more, thanks guys. 😋🙏👍
