Super fast delivery and excellent customer service.
I ordered some Little Greene Wallpaper on Thursday eve as I had a decorator already booked for Monday or Tuesday.
I received an email at 10:30am the next morning saying my order is processed. It arrived Saturday morning.
It was also the best value and well packaged. I am also returning a spare roll for a refund.
Terrible Service - Online Order!
Really terrible service from start to finish. Waited a week to receive my Little Greene paint order only to open the tin and find the colour not to be what I ordered. Despite painting a brushstroke on the wall and sending a picture of the dried paint - bear in mind I’m repainting the same colour with a really stark difference in paint being so obvious from the picture they’ve refused a refund. I’ve been told that the pictures do t suffice after going back and forth with them for 2 days and now I need to send a swatch to Little Greene themselves. Sounds like the refund is gonna take a month to come through meanwhile they’ve taken the amount out of my account straight away! By far the most convoluted return process I’ve ever heard of not to mention they are simply hiding behind Little Greene’s ‘policies.’ It just sounds like a very elaborate ruse to not refund because I have bought paint from Little Greene directly and they’ve refunded straight away when the paint was incorrect. Will never buy from them again!

From placing my online order through to delivery, the whole engagement was brilliant. I ordered some smart plugs via the website. Needed to engage with Customer Services but the response was very quick and all my queries answered quickly and efficiently.

I ordered some rolls neo curtain pole sets at approximately 2:30pm and received them the following day at 9:00am, not even 24 hours!
The poles, brackets and rings were all well packaged with no damage at all, and the driver was very polite and helpful.
The curtain poles are the 35mm rolls neo with Trumpet finials in chrome and they look amazing.
Sure you can buy cheap curtain poles but they will never look anywhere near as good as these.
I would definitely buy from here again, excellent service and very nice friendly staff too.
I ordered the Silent Gliss System 1280…
I ordered the Silent Gliss System 1280 Uncorded White Aluminium Curtain Track from this company. My decorator installed the rail, and while exact measurements were passed on the rail was too long, resulting in an additional hour of work to rectify the situation. The screws and plugs provided were of poor quality and the plastic brackets looked cheap. I felt a but duped, given this rail comes at a premium price. The rail itself is ok, but the brackets are a bit unsightly as the screws are very exposed. Next time I will buy the equivalent at John Lewis for a fraction of the price. I got in touch with customer service and am awaiting their response.

Best in class website for curtains
By far the most helpful and comprehensive website for buying anything curtains-related. I was unprepared for how complex a purchase that could be . . . we actually have a local store that I thought might be able to help, but if anything that was even more confusing. The HoI website was super clear and explanatory, we ordered with confidence and received exactly the right curtain track (AND the fiddly little accessories) to complete the job. A deserved five stars.

I have just received my custom made curtains and I’m absolutely delighted.
They arrived sooner than expected, which was a real bonus. I was kept informed at every stage.
The quality is fabulous and they even came with the hooks attached, all I had to do was attach them to the rail, so easy.
I bought the curtain rail from The Home of Interiors a few weeks before, I was really unsure which one to buy, but my request for advice and follow up questions were answered really quickly.
I couldn’t be more impressed, thank you.
Two separate orders for curtain tracks
I've placed two recent orders for curtain tracks. The website is easy to use, the price competitive, the packaging high quality and the subsequent service excellent. Both orders were delivered on time and with good communication throughout. Furthermore, I forgot one item on my second order and contacted them via email - they sent a link for me to pay the difference and ensured everything arrived together.
Two aborted deliveries, curtain rails cut in half.
Two aborted deliveries for curtain rails, I was told by home of interiors that they would have to cut 3 curtain rails in half as they were to long for transport but they would send jointing units so curtains would run over joint. No joining units available and in fact these rails don't have any so all the rails needed to be sent back.
Then I was told that they don't have any more rails and I could have a diffrent rail but I would have to pay them extra to have them. Take my advice don't use this company you will regret it.
Now trying to get a refund !!!

Very reliable and great customer service
I ordered two rolls neo curtain poles, they arrived the next day no extra shipping charge. When I opened the package the finials boxes appeared to have been opened before and in inspection they were found to be damaged. I phoned them the next day and the following morning the replacements arrived. The customer services where very pleasant, there was no quibble. I would use this company again and recommend this company.

Brilliant customer service. I was kept up to date with the whole purchase. Had items lost during transit due to the delivery company damaging the box. Was a pleasure to deal with Molly who had the missing items re-ordered and sent immediately. Wonderful service, will definitely buy from again.

Impressive customer service
Impressive customer service. My order was delayed so they rang me to ask if I wanted to wait or explore other options which they could investigate on my behalf. They provided suggestions and I picked an alternative. The whole process was wrapped up within a few hours with partial refund for lower cost alternative. Would not hesitate to use again.
Wasteful and poor returns policy
Ordered curtain tracks from their listed length options (leaving the "exact track length required" box blank) on the understanding that it would therefore be returnable as it wasn't cut to measure, as per their returns policy.
Ended up needing to return the tracks, but they wouldn't accept, claiming all sizes are deemed made to measure (except three lengths... which aren't listed as options on the product page) citing text not included on the product page.
This seems both misleading and wasteful, as they could easily re-sell the curtain track, which will now be going in the skip.

Great customer service! I bought three roman blind headrails from Home of Interiors. First, their Youtube help videos are super helpful. Then I called them for advice on which headrails to buy (there are lots of options so it wasn't straightforward to a newbie like me). The headrails were excellent but I recently discovered that one of the gears had failed - my mistake as I'd miscalculated my blind weight. Barry worked out the issue and sorted a replacement gear within a week. Absolutely brilliant! I'm going to recommend my mum goes to them for her curtains.
