All I can do is hope and pray that whatever is going on with the "investment" pans out and the capital is returned... This isn't an FCA-regulated firm nor it is covered by the FSCS.

Someone wrote in a five-star review of the company that “HSG is an honest and ethical group.” An employee of that company asked a very vulnerable pensioner I know to sign documents whereby the latter stated that she was a professional investor and high net worth individual, although the employee perfectly knew that she was extremely vulnerable and that that money was all the savings she had. I’m sure that the writer of that review wouldn’t have given them five stars if they owed him his lifetime savings, with which you were planning to return to your own country for good.

That reviewer also wrote that “ the recent pandemic had an extremely disastrous effect not only on HSG but on most of the investment companies all over the world”. That company was already defaulting on its obligations since at least 2019, before the pandemic. It is a developer, so it should benefit from the house price boom since the start of the pandemic, like other developers are. But allegedly they aren’t. It is also worth pointing out that their auditors refused to sign off their accounting which is a sign of doom.

The 7 yera loan note i took out 2 years ago has failed to pay my interest when i requested it and now they are asking investors to waive all rights to interest payments until the end of the term and no early payment. I suspect my money is down the drain and i will be looking to legal advice as they ignore any emails asking for monies.

SCAMMERS! CEO previously declared bankrupt, illegal investments, fraudulent transactions, high court ruled against them, auditors resigned and slammed their management, new auditors issued adverse response ... which is about as damning as it gets!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE SMOKE AND MIRRORS

We are 2 Non-residents who invested GBP30,000 in 2 Loan Notes of High Street Group for a period of one year each. The anniversary dates of both have been long over and HSG Directors. have been only promising and giving us false promises. Not a single p has been paid and we need urgently the principal together with interest. We require this money as one of has retired and invested in this co. assuming that the Anniversary dates were the best time to get back the hard savings. HSG, has just sent us a notification as follows;
“We are therefore proposing that the 7 Year Loan Note is amended by way of a Special Resolution and that the “early redemption” option is withdrawn for at least four years. The Special Resolution vote will occur on 1st of June 2021 for the respective investment categories. Once this has been resolved, we will be able to provide detailed repayment plans on Kent Street Baths, Arundel Street and Strawberry Place.”
We strongly oppose the above resolution tooth and nail and request all other Loan Notes holders to reject the above resolution and advise the co. to redeem the amounts due to the investors immediately. Thanks and regards

PS: HSG doesn't need any stars.

Do NOT invest with High Street Group. They deserve MINUS 10 Stars. They do not pay the Interest and ignore withdrawals of Capital. I have not been paid Interest due 18 months ago and I have not been paid my Capital withdrawal request of July 2020. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES INVEST IN THIS COMPANY. They are liars and Gary Forrest is a former bankrupt. They do not communicate, ignore emails and treat investors with contempt.

waiting since december for my investment payment all i get is payment waiting to be signed off by chairman dont invest with them they went your money but dont give it back

They don't deserve any stars. Awaiting since August return of my investment.

Requested my money back on the anniversary as agreed but refused to give any money back. I regret investing with them and please don't be tempted with the high-interest rate.
