Over £50M in property (land and buildings) assets is said to have been transferred out of the Company and into Hadrian Real Estate plc. The transfer of assets was undertaken at a time when the Company was seriously insolvent and therefore in breach of Insolvency law, which was detrimental to creditors’ interests

It is now suggested that the Company has been trading while insolvent since the middle of 2018. The Administrators report should disclose this and we must wait and see to what extent. What we do know is those who invested in the Company beyond the time when it became insolvent were unduly exposed to unnecessary risk that could have been easily avoided.

Look them up on companies house, they have owned 36 companies, all of which have dissolved, a few investmant companies etc. They are obviously professional connen who have a history of taking your money and going bust. Wouldnt be spending my money with them, extremely poor quality buildings then they go bust and re appear under a different name a few weeks later. Avoid

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY 80K BACK FROM HSG AND MY INVESTMENT FAILED (Sorry Dad) it was the Death Benefit my Father gave me. So now I have Nothing.

Bought a property from All Saints - one of the many off shoots of this cowboy outfit. They are criminals dressed as business men. Cowardly and deceptive - especially Gary Forest.

We are still living in a building site and no one from this company has responded to our emails.

The customer service is non existent. Do not buy property off them or trust them with your hard earned cash.

Transferred my final salary pension on the promise of receiving high returns. In reality I haven’t received a penny back from this shameful company. My 5 year loan note matured 2 year ago and I am fast realising that the pension I had paid into from the age of twenty is long gone just like them as they have shut up shop

Don’t be drawn in. They take your money and run, then use legal jargon and system to bully you into staying quiet. Don’t be fooled by latest venture either - Hadrian Real Estate Plc - same people, same scam!

Small debt owned yet fobbed off and lied to shamelessly. So many CCJs now I wouldn’t recommend allowing engaging your services or money. You won’t get paid and you will be fobbed off with the most outlandish excuses ever.

No answer to emails. No customer care. Unfulfilled promises to keep me informed.

Removing an investors right to redeem and not returning our money is diabolical. Some have lost huge amounts. I am currently working with Insolvency&Law (google them) to try and tackle this and I suggest others do the same.

Those who have given bad reviews to the HSG should know one very important factor, the recent pandemic had an extremely disastrous effect not only on HSG but on most of the investment companies all over the world, it had a domino effect on every stage of progress!! Unlike other biz houses which have collapsed, HSG is still there, weathering the storms and keen to return investors money. They have survived which is a testimony of the foundations on which they have built this group. Investors lack understanding of how businesses are affected when calamities like the pandemic which are beyond human control can suddenly crop up. Investors should have an understanding of the business climate especially construction/property. All these negative reviews will do nothing but only affect their returns, because negative media is worst than greed.
Hope good sense prevails. HSG is an honest and ethical group. Delays in returns do not mean they are crooks and cheats. Failure to understanding is the key.

No reply to emails or phone calls, truly deplorable. My payment was due may 2020 and moved to first quarter 2021. Avantis wealth introduced me to this fraud and have conveniently washed there hands of any responsibility. Avoid both of these scam companies at all costs.

Direct propert investment introduced me to this company and now my money is where to be seen. I lost all my inheritance....shame on you all. I hope no one makes this same mistake as me.

Changed the terms and remove the investor's right to redeem. No update to be received for the short term loan which is in defult for 13 months. If this is not a fraud what is?! My loss is £100K. Reported to Serious Fraud Office and Insolvent Governement Agency. I advise all the other investors do the same and report the High Street Group and Gary Forrest ASAP.

Promises are not reality - experience the same as other reviewers

Shocking company, change terms of loan notes and still not paid back one of my original 10 month loan notes which was due to mature originally in Nov 2019! Still waiting and unresponsive to emails and when you call they just BS saying we just had a meeting with the directors and will send an email out over the next few weeks!

My loan note repayment is now 18 months overdue and offers now to repay 2024, 5 years late. Suspect they will not pay. An investor action group is being formed. Google it and join.

If you work for their company especially hospitality they will use you until youre not happy and leave. Then will not pay you for your last pay (including holidays etc) make you chase for it knowing other staff got paid and only you who didnt. No HR to help you and make you go in circles. Other staff experienced it too thats why we need to gather and file all these complaints. This company just wants money and dont even care about the staff.

Its the Purple Peacock in Newcastle. Its a really bad management and workplace to go into dont even waste your time there.

Bought a house from their subsidiary, Homes by High Street, AKA All Saints Construction.

Endless delays, lack of communication and non-existent customer care.

We believe they cannot get credit and the need to pay up front was a major factor in the delays. One month after moving in work is still not complete with no information or plan.

When we contact them it is impossible to speak to anyone in seniority - you just get passed from person to person, all of whom tell you it’s not their department and they can’t help you.

Avoid like the plague!

I suggest all you good people who have been scammed by these crooks get together as an action group and request a meeting with the police fraud squad. They will look into your complaints
