I ordered 6 blankets on Oct 22. They were to be Christmas gifts. After a few weeks, I sent several emails asking where it was. Never heard from them. They arrived on December 21. But we had already left for our Christmas trip to be with family. I had to buy 6 other gifts to replace the ones that didn’t come. I’ve since asked for a return authorization since I want to return and get a refund. I haven’t heard back from them. The return address to ship to is in Switzerland. I can’t imagine how expensive it would be to ship back. I’ve given up getting my money back. This company is a scam!!

Do not purchase this product! I bought 5. For gifts at Christmas. The problem is, the one received, that claims it is white, is actually a yellowish cream. An awful color! It is false advertising. After many emails back and forth, they agreed to take it back, they refused to pay postage. Although it’s from China, the return address is in Switzerland. It would cost DOUBLE what I paid for it to return it! That is just insane! That’s how they get your cash! No one is going to lose money sending it back! Next letter is to better business bureau! I asked for a return address in USA, I was told that is the return address. This is a Chinese company. It’s a total scam! This piece of junk is going to be donated. I’m sorry I purchased any of them. The reviews here are correct, poor quality. No phone number to actually speak to anyone. Awful experience. DONT SUPPORT THEM WITH A PURCHASE!

First off, the shipping is ridiculous. Takes forever to be delivered. Second (and most important), I ordered a queen sized and got barely a single bed size. It’s also very thin. They over promise and under deliver big time

Very disappointed! I ordered 5 blankets on December 1st, here it is January 3rd and my order still shows in transit. Got released from DFW customs on December 27th and still haven't received any clear notification of when I will get my package. Customer service just says, "Good news your package is on its way".

The blanket is warm and nice, but I got the wrong size initially. It took a while to sort out the exchange.

Ordered in November for Christmas gift. Received 2 days after Christmas. Very poor quality! Ordered a queen size and it doesn't even cover a twin bed. It's very thin and sheds like crazy!! Nothing like the advertisement. Please save your money and go elsewhere!!

I ordered a fleece blanket and two pillowcase sets, but only received one pillowcase set and the blanket. One of these was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and I never received the rest of my order.

I contacted customer service, provided pictures proving the order wasn’t complete, and they still refused to refund me, claiming I had received everything. Total scam!

The blanket I did get was also horrible quality—thin, cheap, and not worth the money. Awful customer service, awful product. Avoid this company at all costs.

The blanket is great—soft and warm—but the shipping was a bit slow. Overall, still worth the wait!

I received two of these and I had only ordered one. The company actually answered my email right away, at least the first time, and assured me that I did order two. I did not. I’m not sure how the transaction went through with me not noticing that they had done that (I guess that part is on me?) and now they are very vague about how the return would go, and to where. Looking at some of these other reviews, I see that the charge for returning is astronomical. I’ve washed them once and my lint trap in the dryer is over full. I have pretty much given up the idea of returning them. I’m either going to give them to the dogs if they stop shedding so much, or I’m tossing them in the trash. These things are very cheap quality for what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend buying these. And if you do, check how many you’re getting charged for before you click to order. I don’t know how the reviews on the website are so glowing. Total scam.

I ordered the blanket at the end of November as a Christmas gift and it didn’t arrive until December 31st. It also ships from China- all the tracking is from a Chinese company. While the blanket seems nice, it’s a lot thinner than I expected and the quality does not match the images on the website. We haven’t washed it yet, so I can’t comment on that, but there has been some light shedding already- hoping that improves after washing. All in all- wasn’t worth the price and I even got it 40% off.

Terrible. Looks so cheap and tacky compared to the photos on the website. Very thin material, was falling apart within the first day. Cheap rubbish. Avoid.

First review ever and I have to do this one. Totally got fulled by thousands of fake good reviews. The quality is so so so bad, I would not get it even for free. It is super think and keeps dropping fur and so bad for our allergy. It also took for ever to ship from China and deliver to us. Don’t buy these.

This company is a complete scam, I did not receive the blanket until 2 1\2 weeks after I ordered it. I tried to cancel the order shortly after I placed it and was told I could not, it was already in process. I tried to refuse the package but I was not notified it had arrived. To return the package it will cost OVER $300.00 to return to Switzerland. Although it came from China. Most expensive dog blanket ever!!! It is very cheaply made, shedding everywhere..DO NOT ORDER!!!!

Not super happy...the blanket came with a stain :( They did send a replacement but took a while.

Ordered the fleece blanket dec 8th for xmas contacted company 2wice and so far nothing they told me to check the neighborhood for package even though I requested a refund due to not recieving package. Today is the 31st December just received last reply today to check neighborhood. This is not acceptable considering your no response for so long I don't believe it was sent.

The blanket is nice, but it arrived with a small tear on the edge. Customer service replaced it, but the process was slow.

This company is a scam. These blankets look so good online in the pictures, but are completely worthless. Very, very thin. Opened it up, and the blanket immediately started shedding badly, everywhere. I dont dare wash it in my washer in fear of the so called fleece shedding so much it clogs my washer up. Such a waste of money when this thing needs to just go in the trash. The worst product I've ever bought. Never again will I buy a blanket online. This product comes rolled up in a tight plastic bag, not the folded up blanket with a bow. Nothing about the advertisements are true.

Avoid this company or shell of company. Tracking of package is a joke. Ordered my blankets one month ago and they still have not arrived. Returns are to an address in Switzerland. Blankets originate in China. Horrible.

I recently purchased blankets from this company, and my experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The sizing of the blankets was completely inaccurate. For example, the "queen-sized" blanket I ordered didn’t even fit my son’s double-sized bed. It’s unacceptable for a company to mislabel their products like this, especially when customers rely on these details to make informed purchases.

To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal. When I reached out for help, I was met with indifference and zero effort to address the problem. Their refund policy is so restrictive that it’s essentially impossible to get any kind of resolution. I felt trapped with a product that doesn’t meet expectations and no recourse for getting my money back.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice. Between the misrepresentation of product sizes and the poor customer support, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing.
