I recently purchased blankets from this company, and my experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. The sizing of the blankets was completely inaccurate. For example, the "queen-sized" blanket I ordered didn’t even fit my son’s double-sized bed. It’s unacceptable for a company to mislabel their products like this, especially when customers rely on these details to make informed purchases.

To make matters worse, the customer service was abysmal. When I reached out for help, I was met with indifference and zero effort to address the problem. Their refund policy is so restrictive that it’s essentially impossible to get any kind of resolution. I felt trapped with a product that doesn’t meet expectations and no recourse for getting my money back.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice. Between the misrepresentation of product sizes and the poor customer support, this experience has been nothing short of disappointing.

I am very disappointed all round with the product and the service. I ordered a blanket on 5th Dec for xmas. After twice contacting the company about delivery an being told it was on its way and arriving "soon" it arrived on 27th too late for giving as a present. Now it has arrived, the blanket is very poor quality, it is single layer, not very soft and shedding bits everywhere. I fortunately ordered another blanket from amazon which arrived in 24hours, and is far superior in softness and quality.
The pictures on "the fleece blanket company" website are very misleading in quality, also claims the company is in Europe, but the blanket was actually shipped from China. Not worth the wait or the money !

Zero stars! Terrible quality! It was so embarrassing that I gave this as a gift. I watched in horror as it was opened and it started shedding everywhere! It’s paper thin too! The return policy is a joke and not worth the time and cost. So disappointing ! I’ll be writing the BBB.

I ordered my daughter’s blanket at the beginning of December and it hasn’t arrived in time for Christmas despite continuing to advertise. This is so upsetting.

zero stars!! I never received the blanket. I ordered it on December 8, 2024. The tracking is from China and just says “info received”. I tried to cancel via email, which is the only contact information, but I received no response. The company charged my credit card immediately, but never sent the blankets. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company.

I ordered the blanket but it never arrived! Then I did the online research only to realize it's a scam. So frustrating and now I'm fighting with paypal to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from this place. They pretend to be a US based company, but the product ships from China.

Same quality as the one you buy from TEMU for a price of 5 times less than here. Very hard to return internationally because you have to send it back to Switzerland and pay for customs and crazy priced shipping!!!!

This blanket is flimsy. Scam.

They are from the company verifying their own purchase. I’m a buyer and was not given the option to submit a verified review, but this company is a scam. Their website is full of outright lies. They mentioned being the number one rated Christmas gift, but don’t mention any source for this rating. The packaging they display on the website is not how the blanket is delivered. The blanket sheds and is flimsy and see-through. You would get a better quality blanket at any dollar store. Don’t even bother trying to return it.

The reviews on the fleece blanket website are fake. There is nowhere to rate the blanket after you purchase it so there’s no way that the ratings on the website are real, especially based on the reviews that you see here. The influx of good ratings that you see on this website are an attempt by the company to save themselves from being seen as a scam. Notice that the fake reviews all attempt to reference some small complaint as to not seem too glowing. But they all follow a very similar format. “Shipping took longer than expected” or “packaging was different”, or “color was a little different”. Anyone who actually bought the blanket will tell you the truth - read those reviews and heed the warning. The blanket ks cheap crap from China. See-through, sheds, and the company won’t return your money unless you send it back to Switzerland - good luck with that (it’ll cost you way more than the blanket.) Do yourself a favor and go to Costco and buy a Frye blanket - SO soft, great quality and literally 1/4 the cost.

If there was a quarter star. I would have chosen that as matter of fact they are not even worth a quarter star. 7 days no tracking and they redirect you to app called SHOP. Do not do not buy anything from these scam artists.

Really nice blanket but they sent the Wrong SIZE first. Took a bit too long to fix it.

DO NOT BUY THIS BLANKET! It is the flimsiest piece of crap! Trying to return it is also a joke. You have 30 days to send it back to SWITZERLAND. You have to email to get approval to return it first which takes forever! You also have to send it back in its original packaging which is a vacuum packed package that you won’t get it back into!

My biggest regret?…..not reading this before I purchased! I bought 4 blankets after researching shipping policy etc…they said fast shipping in 7 days. I reached out after 10 as I didn’t even get a tracking #. They said they didn’t ship yet due to postal strike, yes we do have a strike but do have other carriers. Since they hadn’t even shipped I told them to cancel as there was no way I’d receive now before Xmas. They absolutely refused to cancel. I emailed back and forth many times telling them they can’t fulfill to cancel. It was finally after I told them I have put a dispute into my credit card company they finally agreed to give my money back. I can’t speak for the product but if the initial customer service is any indication….you better stay far far away! What kind of company thinks it’s ok to hold into your funds without releasing product??

Terrible company. Impossible to get a refund for products you didn't even get. Going to try to go through my credit card company.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The blanket they show on the Tik Tok vids and website are nothing like what I received. The blanket itself is really quite thin and the packaging was nothing desirable, just wrapped up in a roll of plastic. What a great gift idea so I thought, all this was is a complete waste of money and I will not be gifting this as I wouldn't want this gifted to me. Also the so called return policy-did my research with a couple postal companies, it will cost me more to return it than I paid for he blanket. I see 100 day guarantee for damages but you would also have to return it. Quite the little scam they got going here, don't waste your time, I am a very unimpressed, disappointed and pissed off customer.

This company is truly a scam and a fraud. I'm so disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews before I ordered. Still waiting for my order since Nov. So much for fast shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is non existant.

The fleece blanket is a borderline scam you will receive a ridiculously thin piece of fabric with a lil border that a 5 year old sewed. It will cause you to vacuum your floor after opening as it sheds worse than a husky. Shipping is a nightmare, shout out to UniUni. Any one who reviewed it well was most likely paid to do so. $50 blanket, I’ll probably cut it up and use it to clean should it ever stop leaving a trail of mint green fuzz behind it.
