This was my first review on 3/28/26: "Buyers be careful!! Highly recommend avoiding this company. They do not have the professional integrity customers deserve. I ordered a mtn biking backpack from this company, weeks ago, and never received it. I spent hours contacting FedEx, their chosen shipper, who was no help, referred me back to The Feed. I have attempted to reach The Feed multiple times, and have yet to reach a human being. Instead I’ve been tossed back and forth between AI and internal texting platforms, informing me that “fed ex says they delivered it, so we’re investigating the situation“. No accountability or care for the fact that they took my money, and a package never arrived, I have yet to get any refund and I have yet to be delivered a backpack. Very disappointing! Obviously won’t utilize their service in the future. I suggest you don’t either unless you enjoy gambling?".

Literally the day of posting this review, suddenly "The Feed" was able to process my request, and I was told "a refund had been processed". It is now 4/10/26, and I have yet to receive any refund. Not sure I ever will. After a second bad review, maybe? Sadly it seems that this company doesn't care about customer service, unless their image is flawed with a negative review...

I like to get my nutrition in The Feed because I can always get good deals on my favorite gels.

Prompt, professional, quality service

The feeed is great because I can get the quantities I want at a great price. Not having to buy in bulk while I try out different brands and flavors etc. and not break the bank.

Easy to consume large volumes of. Expensive though, it's making me consider running with a bottle of Mrs Butterworths instead to save my wallet. I wish I was kidding.

My package wasn’t delivered in the time you initially told me it hey an email. The weather was bad but it wasn’t communicated to me!

My experience w/ the feed has always been outstanding. The issue I had with this last order was the krono energy gels. at least one of the gels exploded/leaked in the box, so i needed to wipe down all the other gels after unboxing. I've had one other gel burst at the seam while on a run - not something I've had happen with other gels in the past, just stored in the side pocket of some running pants. Not the end of the world, but a small and sticky bummer.

The Feed has great customer service and quick shipping. Email marketing gets a bit annoying, but they have the products I like at good prices, and they take care of issues quickly. I also enjoy the flash deals that let me try new stuff without committing to buying a whole box of things.
