Ordered Monday mid day. Payed premium for the 1 day delivery. It’s been 48 hours and still hasn’t shipped.

Tried to email them and no answer.

Someone hacked into my email and created a fake account, and made a fraudulent purchase with my credit card. I was able do access and secure the account but even after I reported the fraud they were going to allow me to make a purchase (I tested it). Then they do not allow you to delete the account nor can you get to a human by phone. They just keep directing you to their online bot, who directs you to write a letter by snail mail. Stay far away unless you love spending all your time trying to protect your identity.

I made a mistake and accidentally ordered the wrong size coros watch. Their customer service was quick to act. I got the watch returned for the correct one in no time. I also absolutely love coming home to seeing the beautiful Feed box sitting on my doorstep.

I was surprised to receive the sachets thrown loose into a clear plastic bag. This meant in order to check the ordered quantity (and I know these sachets come boxed) I would have had to sit and count them all. I did not have the time and I did not consider this a very professional way to send ordered products.
