Jennifer is a real star! She is pro-active and always makes me remember that I need to top up the stock with bespoke personalized boxes :)

Great service from selection of box type, design of boxes and right through to delivery. Thank you for all your help Charlotte.

I found this company while I was working on a project to change the packaging of one of our products. I needed a tiny box printed with our logo. Jennifer gave us all the support in order to make our box as we wanted. Over the years we had different other projects and she was always helpful with everything, design, payment, delivery. Thank you.

Jennifer was very helpful and quick on emails and was happy to do as many tweaks to the design as needed.

There was a slight delay in boxes delivery but in the end the boxes came out beautiful with the luxurious feel that we wanted.

We are already ordering the second order!

I had some hesitations and Jennifer has been amazing walking me through the process and assisting me on the best quote, best custom boxes fit for the product and through placing the order.

In addition, TheCustomBoxes did delivery my parcel to the door steps as they promised - On point, I've got my parcel delivered to my doorsteps, amazing.

Love the care they put into the delivery. Package: It is really well packed with some foam to avoid any damage. No damage seen on the edges which is also amazing.

I am happy with the quality knowing there are competitors that don't meet certain standards. My order was aiming simplicity, functional and natural.

Please viewers you also need to read their policies as I can see some comments that seem they have not read it.

TCB is great and I placed another order.

To conclude, Jennifer thanks a lot!

Jennifer was extremely helpful and the boxes we ordered for our event were absolutely perfect!

They are fast and reliable good communication. We've been working with them for about a year now on many projects.
